I am very type-A so I really appreciated the level of responsiveness and accommodation that Alex provided. She was very prompt with her email, I was able to discuss ideas I had months in advance, outfit options, and even shared my Pinterest board with her so she was very aware of what I was looking for and delivered just that! She also accommodated an outfit change and multiple locations. She spent just over two hours with us and did not rush through the photos at all, even offering suggestions or taking extra time to put us in certain poses or locations that would allow her a good shot. Our photos - digital and film style! - were delivered to us within two weeks and we were really happy with the results. She is clearly a talent and very good at what she does. After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.

For the newborn photoshoot, we spent the full four hours in Angela's studio, which allowed me, a first time mom, to really enjoy the process. Angela took great care of us every step of the way, from making sure the baby is comfortable during the naked baby pictures, to making sure mom and dad look ready and stress-free for the family pictures. From receiving the quote all the way to the finalization of the gallery, she never stopped answering questions and always had recommendations to make everything better and smoother. 2.
