I signed up for these particular services with Carmen back when I started. It was all very hurtful and confusing. I had built relationships with them (or so I thought!) after all this time. Perhaps they had a financial issue or changes in business and they needed to change my monthly routine... but aside from why, they should have handled things differently. Showed accountability, honesty, kindness, and integrity. Carmen acted like she had no idea about what she offered me when I began membership (even though she and Maria performed these services with me every month for 2 years), and then she proceeded to end my membership.
