From the consultation to time of pickup I was super happy with. I was interested in getting a Waterslide bouncer over the Labor Day weekend (I asking for this last minute too). Day of delivery super polite couple came and delivered our order. Mask upon arrival and worn throughout set up. Gave some basic instructions dos donts and gave a Time for pickup. I also paid the remainder of the balance at that time. The set up was very organized and quick wish I could post the recording of the set up. They check the slide from top to bottom. Close to the time they were suppose to pick up I got a courtesy call said They were running a little behind and gave me almost two extra hours with the slide (winning!! The kids loved it). First of all I want to write this review in an honest opinion of our experience they are very nice people and the water slide was in great condition clean and they did a great job at setting up. On the other note I was not very please with our pick up experience they picked up before our party had ended and they did not have a proper drainage of water slide water. it really ruined our party. I wish they could have informed us how they drain they dumped to towards all the table with our guest causing mud and flooding where the table were set up in drive way and ruining shoes and people had to leave they couldn't even walk around. I wish they could have let us know this before hand so we can maybe have arranged the set up differently. We could have helped dumped water out with buckets before to at least prevent the muddy mess left behind. Just some warning for future customers make sure they care and consider set up before releasing. I much rather have rented for two days so they could dump it when guest weren't there if I would have known. Other then that I was very happy with how clean jumper was when it arrived. read more

In February, I needed a heater last minute for my party and I called them 3 days before and the woman who answered the phone was so nice and so professional sent me a text right after our conversation to confirm my order. They offered to drop off the night before and when they dropped off they tested each heater to make sure it was working and showed us how to use it. One of the heaters didn't light so they kindly asked if they can come back to switch out the heater, I was so happy they checked and made sure we were pleased with our rental. 2 weeks ago I also rented tables and chairs from them and received the same great experience from them! Got a bouncer (a castle design). Set up was quick and courteous and very fun to watch them skitter around so efficiently. Bouncer was great, strong, safe. We even had several adults in there at a time with the kids (yes, also jumping). Tear down happened while we were at Mass (with permission). Yard was respected in our absence. Also the best price we found on all of yelp, ZERO hidden fees after calling. I contacted about 5-7 places. Fastest yelp emails back too. Very professional for being such a fun-type company. No hard time, no fake damages, no nonsense, no wasted time, just all great. Paid cash when they delivered it.
