Ordered a large Hawaiian "no edge" pizza from Joe's after an exhausting day working around the cabin. The no edge has sauce and cheese right up to the edge. It might take away some of the crispiness of the crust, but for those who don't eat the crust there is nothing better. Joe's offers delivery which is difficult to find in Lake Country. The pizza was delivered on time, hot and delicious. There was a good balance of a flavorful pizza sauce, Canadian bacon, and quality mozzarella cheese. You can find friendly staff & tasty pies at Joe's Pizza. Price was reasonable for quality & quantity of food received. Meat Special pizza had more mozzarella cheese than meat by a fair jag, making for a thick layer of toppings. But it still came off as worth getting for its ooey-gooey goodness in spite of the perceived shortage of meat. The meat that was there, plus other toppings, were high on the tastiness scale. I'd gladly order it again. These folks have what has to be one of the more festive restrooms in town, which was also quite clean. The dining room area was pretty dark at mid-afternoon. Not sure if lights were turned out for ambience or for energy saving since there were no sit-down diners in residence. read more

Ok this place is In the running for favorite place up here for thin crust pizza. The crust is both tasty and crisp, (unlike some places that nail the crisp crust but you end up feeling a little like you are eating a crisp piece of cardboard). Here you get actual flavor and crispness. The meat lovers is really good with a decent assortment of meats. They have a full assortment of specialty pizzas and traditional crust (sort of New York style). The salads were way above average. The calzones look great but we haven't sampled them yet. Best of all. THEY DELIVER!!!! Even Better. THEY ARE FAST!!! Give these guys a shot. read more

First time trying Joe's Pizza and it's now my favorite pizza in the area. We had two thin crust pizzas, they were delicious.

We have been ordering from Joe's a couple times a month. Best pizza around! Very good gluten free crust if you are looking for that. Our favorite pizza from their menu has been bacon cheeseburger. A close second would be spicy Italian sausage with extra mushrooms. read more

Always have had a great pizza from here!! They make them THICQ with cheese lemme tell ya. We tend to get Italian sausage with olives on our pizzas nothing to crazy but does the job good. Their breadsticks are great and seasoned. As well as their cheese curds!! They don't necessarily have the authentic nice outer crunch like some cheese curds but its a pizza joint so they dont have to have superb curds ill let it slide but if you are a cheese curds fanatic I would lower expectations ( but you can never really go wrong with fried cheese .... unless your lactose) okay ill stop now but joes pizza is good just unfortunately closed on Sundays like chick-fil-a when Im really craving it. read more

Tried take out for the first time in a while- 16" meat lovers. It was delicious- lots of ingredients. Also had the taco pizza- it too was very good. Nice pizza joint in Pequot Lakes. read more

Excellent pizza so it's a shame that we won't be eating there again. We have been isolating due to Covid; and, this was the first time we decided to try take out pizza. We thought we'd be safe just picking it up; but, when I went in all masked up, the customer ahead of me had his mask hanging around his neck. He was ordering take out so it wasn't like he was going to eat it there so no excuse for not covering either his mouth or nose. And, the cashier didn't say anything to him about it. I stayed as far away from him as I could when I paid for my pizza and told the cashier I expected restaurants to respect the mask mandate and ask customers to actually wear it on their face. I got crickets in return. This is just a warning to others looking for a safe place to get take out. This would NOT be the place. read more

We stopped in to Joe's Pizza for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised at the cute Italian decor! We ordered the garlic cheese bread which was done to perfection, as were the hot, fresh breaded mushrooms. We ordered a pizza to eat in and one to take back to the hotel. Service was prompt and attentive. We had a blast playing Pac-Man in the arcade area while we waited for our appetizers. We will be back, for sure! read more

Best pizza in 20 miles of Pequot lakes, but mainly because its the only place around! I would rate this place higher, but they really don't do anything special, and the service is poor. I ordered a couple of times from Giovanni's and found the hand tossed crust to be dense and on the rubbery side. I think they need to rethink the recipe, and maybe give their crust more rise tim!!!! The toppings and sauce are ok but nothing to phenomenal, the cheese seems more like the increasingly popular "cheese product" used at many places. I also ordered a side salad hoping to have some fresh veggies, sadly there was hardly any vegetable diversity. The embarrassment of a salad consisted of lettuce, tomatoes, and too much cheese. Im not sure why they don't use some of the other veggies they have on hand? In addition to those issues the forgot to add the banana peppers to my pizza, and gave me french dressing when I asked for ranch. If you order delivery from Giovanni's you never know what you'll get!!!! read more

Giovanni's used to have a takeout location in St. Cloud which I frequented about once a week as a teenager so just the smell of this pizza brings with it instant nostalgia for me. I think that most people might say that the pizza is "average" but there is something about their zippy sauce and cracker thin crust that keeps me coming back for more. I can't say that I would recommend someone drive out of the way for this place but I would choose it over Pizza Hut, Dominos, or any of the other national chains 10 times out of 10. I have always opted for delivery or carry out, but I have been meaning to try out the buffet that they offer at this location as it seems like a great value. read more

Judging by curb appeal, Giovanni's Pizza bring a big sketchy vibe to the table. Do not be fooled! The interior is plain, but clean, and what you're arriving for is their fabulous pizza! The servers were friendly, pizza (we ordered thin crust pies) were perfect in texture and flavor, and the wait time for prep/bake was minimal. I can't recommend this restaurant enough! read more

Good pizza, all pizzas are thin crust. Dessert pizza was excellent. Atmosphere is small town, very small town. Don't judge the place by the appearance. Food we good! read more
