My husband and I proceeded to the self check out line. My husband started to scan our items. She first had an issue with him using the hand scanner then the issue was we had over 15 items. When she approached us to tell us we couldn't use the handheld scanner my husband was holding it she then grabbed it and twisted his wrist. Completely unacceptable! You never as a worker need to use aggressive physical force to let a customer know the policy of your store. We have contacted the manager (Dave) on duty this evening. We will see if acme is proactive when handling the safety of their customers. We will follow up.

If you can get there on another day (Thursday night, Friday morning) your experience will be better. Parking is limited and tight, but they do have a free underground garage that is usually empty. It floods when there is rain, but its worth it to take the elevator instead of having to deal with the mayhem upstairs.
