I called enterprise and told me to lock up the car and do not leaves the keys. after I told them that my car was at AJ Towing they said do not leave the keys. Bring the keys to enterprise and they will send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. I told him that enterprise did not want me to leave the and at that time he told me that he was going to impound my car. I just had a terrible situation and accident and this guy was a jerk. I don't know what it is, but enterprise told me not to leave the keys with this guy. Then I the tow company that picked up the car from and they said he is not a legit towing company, but I thought he was. He has no cameras on his property for safe guarding vehicle,and he does not have the capacity to properly tow smaller vehicles. If I had known about his bad reputation around town and throughout Rent-A-Car agencies, I would've never called AJ Towing. I wish I can give him a zero because he should not be in business taking advantage of people. Mulliigan towing came and removed my car From AJ towing. It turns out that AJ towing has a bad reputation in Springfield in the towing industry. Be smart! Do your own research before calling for his Service

Well where should we start. They Damaged My Car that's a simple start!!!!!…read more So we filed for Roadside Assistance thru our insurance company roadside assistance phone number as we needed assistance for a lost keys lockout and tow to the dealership so we could get new keys made for the car. Well they showed up with no lockout tools and not even the right tow truck for the vehicle. They say "Damn wrong truck oh well" I'm not going to get the other truck because it would of been 45 minutes back to get the right truck for this car and then 45 minutes back out here so total a 1 hour 30 minutes at least. So Brian the owner at that just goes to grab the car picking it up knowing it's going to damage the car and well what happens? Just that and dents front drivers quarter panel and makes it hard for the driver side door to open now and is $1700 at one place and $2,000 at the other in damage quotes from the dealer it went to. This is where it gets more interesting as the owner Brian was fine with it and said to go get estimates and give them to him tomorrow if possible because he didn't want to go the court route and got scared when I started that I would just file in small claims court then if they don't want to pay for their damage it's that simple. I have no problem with however you want to proceed just let me know in 24 or by 530pm on 06/17/2025. Well by next day it went full Karen mode as it wasn't Brian anymore and was some lady I can't remember her name, but obviously the wife or business partner and in quote states "I've called my insurance people and it's not an instant thing when you talk to insurance that's all I can tell you"! I have this in clear text message from the owners cell phone number 217-556-6837. Where i sent photos, estimates, my insurance agents name and contact info, receipt for tow, screenshot of roadside order, quotes and estimates as requested by Brian everything. She wouldn't even contact my agent. Then she called me by accident thinking I'm another customer and all she wants to do is rush and get off the phone anyway possible she can and that's when I ask one simple question "you said your paying or submitting it threw your insurance company and you admit fault obviously by saying that as did Brian when this happened and over the phone when he told me to submit photos and estimates which is what I did. So why can't you provide your insurance information? I gave you my agents contact info it's that simple. There is nothing to it. She then goes Karen mode again and says I'm just dealing with my insurance that's it. And hangs up. I sent a text message that said I would just be filing a claim with my insurance company and that I already had their insurance information. It's that simple and since your insurance told you "I've called my insurance people and it's not an instant thing when you talk to insurance that's all I can tell you"! my agent and insurance company will give them a great hand with that because they are Allatate. And your always in good hands with Allstate at least that's what they say!!! So have a great day and I will see you in court. I told you what we were going to do and you wanted it the hard way. Informed the total was 1000 to avoid confrontation, asked dad to ask why 200 more, before I could even finish, Jason spoke up said because we had to replace the hose too, I said no that was in the first estimate I told Dave it needed that he added a pump and rotors to the hose and pads. Again being rude and unprofessional, said well we didn't know it needed until we took off, rather than repeat myself n argue with ignorance, I walked out n let my dad finish up the transaction.
