Awesome Ice cream. The workers here are always kind and the owner is a great guy. This place is walkable distance from my house and my boyfriend cant get enough of it. We love the seating area outside since we often walk with our dogs here! Were always sad when it closes in the fall! read more

Being the timely people we are, my bf & I arrived to Joe's Water Ice right before they were about to close. (But hey, the neon sign outside still flashed "Open" when I pulled into the lot!) Joe's Water Ice is pretty good for what it is worth. We ordered a large "Joe 'Latti"...water ice topped off with ice cream. It was 4 bucks and it hit the spot. IMO, it's never too cold for a water ice. Today I tried a small cotton candy and watermelon. I'm sooooo glad I live 20 minutes away because I'd probably visit Joe's everyday. Good stuff! Been driving past this past for awhile and decided to stop by with the wife yesterday. We were so glad we tried this place out. First, I ordered a lemon/cherry water ice and my wife ordered the watermelon and it was a decent price. Second, the worker had a good attitude which made an impression on me. I love the options here. No matter what cold treat I'm in the mood for they have it. I've had their soft serve and hand-dipped so far. Next I'll try their water ice. They have so many soft serve options, which is fun, but the flavors don't seem as rich and genuine so I prefer the hand-dipped. I got a one-scoop last time. The cup was so small it was adorable. I'll definitely get 2 scoops from now on to get my money's worth! The ice cream is so good, I always want more anyway. read more
