I explained he was 100% NOT at fault, the claims adjuster confirmed gave us a letter to confirm this, the police report says not at fault and there are zero points on his record. The claim was paid because of WHO the person was that skated into my husbands vehicle. Kristie said it did not matter. She refused to even give me a quote at all. I had no problem getting quotes from 5 other places and submitted all the documentation verifying he was 100% not at fault. The claim came up in the insurance claim database but was excluded. Uneducated Kristie was unaware and refused to believe that insurance companies will pay a claim immediately even though the driver wasnt at fault because they want to avoid media or litigation in the long run. We were approved for everyone with both of us as good drivers, INCLUDING another State Farm agent. If they are this clueless when getting a quote, I can't imagine how they would be in a claim or policy adjustments. I refuse to beg anyone to take my business. Kristie cost this agent a multi-car, multi-policy.

Sandra helped me initially and she did seem a bit greedy adding coverage for things I didn't request. For example, I told her I had a few TVs and some computers at my place and in the next quote she has a line item that states 5,000 for personal property/computers. I was confused but there was a lot of back and forth via email because I had to keep asking her to reduce the quote to take out items that I didn't need to get an apples to apples comparison. In the end, I was ready to move forward with a package deal for both home and auto (after they have confirmed that everything was verified). Soon after I gave them my information as well as credit card information, she came back to me saying that the quote jumped up. Bait and switch tactic. I was furious because my second home was going to close in a few days. I didn't end up going forward with them because of this bad business practice. I think the most confusing thing about this was that Lee Gomez's email address would show up in my emails but it would be Sandra emailing me instead of him while at other times it would in fact be Lee emailing me. I really think they should be using separate email addresses instead of sharing and I don't know the relationship between the two Lee and Sandra but they must be married or related because they have the same last name and she uses his email address. Seriously should consider just hiring another person instead of confusing people. Lee tried to straighten out this 'bait and switch' tactic they had pulled on me but nothing was solved at the end of the day. I had to move forward with a different insurance company for both my second home and auto and I only had one day to do it. Really put me in a bind.
