When we researched the amount of the part and how much they supposedly charge an hour they were over charging us at least $90. When we called them on it, they screamed on the phone and said, "Fine! We'll take $100 cash". So we agreed to that number and then not even 5 minutes later they called and said, "Forget it. We took out the new part and put back the old. Deal off" So we had to tow it to another autoshop. It's as if they got upset because we called them out trying to overcharge us then they retracted their deal out of pride without even trying to rebargin. Unbelievable.
