I had a bad transmission leak, and got our van towed to Rand's a bit after noon on Dec. 30, 2024. The Service Manager indicated he had a pretty good idea of what the issue was (transmission cooler line), and they would take care of it. Being Dec. 30, I was not sure when I'd get the van back, since the scope of the work was unknown, and could they could even get the part needed. Surprisingly, I got a call around 4:15 that same day that the van was ready. My wife and I drove over to pick it up and met three handsome young men waiting for us (they close at 4:30, so we arrived a few minutes after that time). Between their quick repair, and the very reasonable cost, I will definitely be going back. So, in too many words, I am a fan of Rand's and encourage other customers to give them a try. I really don't think you'll be disappointed.

So I proceeded to drive to the Meineke shop to ask why the disgustingly inept customer service and non-response to my inquiry. In the Dead of Winter snow banks abundant, I parked in the only valid and marked parking space available. Also, if It Matters, I do have a valid Handicap Plackard displayed in my vehicle clearly visible from a distance! Someone from the shop came out, saw me with walking difficulty and with a cane curtly said you must move your car you can't park there!
