I came here for an oil change a few months ago, thought everything was…read moregood until a few weeks later I started having major issues with the engine, engine knocks and leaking oil non stop. When I took it to the dealer to look at it they said there's no way I got an oil change or that it was done extremely incorrectly because I'd need a whole new engine. In order to honor the warranty they needed me to provide a receipt of the oil change, but when I went back to ask them if they could print one out for me (figured it shouldn't be hard since I paid by card, even provided the exact date of service that I found on my bank statement) they told me they don't keep any records of transactions and the guy specifically said "if it's for a warranty issue I can't help you" super sketchy. Ended up having to pay $7000 for a new engine on my two year old car. Since then when talking to other shops and the dealership I've been told other people have gotten screwed over by these people and have horror stories similar to mine, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The shop is clean, and doesn't smell like a garage. Bruce is quite the character. It is evident that he has his heart in this shop; he cares about the happiness of his customers, and his employees. He talked about the importance of producing good quality work for the folks who come in and taking pride in having hardworking employees who are as dedicated to the shop as he is. That's so refreshing. For years I've worked at companies whose directors (or higher-ups) are completely disconnected to the employees with their boots on the ground, and more importantly, from their customers/clients. It's important that we support local businesses because otherwise we will deal with large corporations that do not care about the customer, only the bottom line. Why wouldn't you want to go to a local shop where you can ask any employee for directions, or how to get back to the highway?
