I think the pricing is VERY reasonable for the food quality and portion size. CHIPS AND QUESO (8/10) - Fantastic appetizer for the table to share for cheap! You get a mound of thick tortilla chips (or pork rinds), a skillet of green hatch queso topped with some fresh pico, and a smaller side of a thick salsa. I'd order this again! GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH (9/10) - Massive sandwich with a huge pile of shoestring fries (or tots) on the side. The bun is fluffy and nicely toasted, the grilled chicken breast is seasoned well, and you get fresh spring mix, tomato, pickles, and onion piled on top with honey mustard. I'd order this again! CHICKEN FRIED STEAK (10/10) - One of the best chicken fried steaks we've had! It's a huge portion of steak (8 oz) topped with peppered gravy, two sides of your choice, and a roll... everything was seasoned well, fresh, and delicious! I'd order this again! All the stunning reviews made me feel very comfortable stopping here. I hate to be the naysayer. (I contacted the restaurant first about this: no reply. Customer service must not be a big thing for them, I guess?) My son went to find someone....There were more than a few people working, all just chatting, no one watching the door. It doesn't matter to the story, but still makes a difference to us- my adult son has debilitating scoliosis. You can't tell by looking at him, but he has four pronounced curves. 30 -60 degrees. They are symmetrical so he looks "normal." Those curves squish his stomach down, so he can only eat once a day. I ordered the ribeye sandwich - we waited about 20 minutes after ordering before our two sandwiches came - it came in big chunky bits with a lot of fat. A bit salty, quite chewy, but ok. Disappointing for sure. My son's burger was red and raw in the middle, full of grease, stale bun, grainy tomato, tons of old lettuce, and flavorless patty. It made him gag. He tried to push through and couldn't. He never complains. He ran to the bathroom three times throughout the meal because of it. Now, our waitress was awesome. Apologetic, attentive, and super positive. Very sweet. However, there was another waitress with a skin tight sleeveless sea green top, brown wavy hair piled on top of her head who called my son rude, loudly, after he gagged in the bathroom, and was rude to him when he told our waitress the food was inedible. She made a bad situation worse. We waited 10 min to be seated, then at least 20+ minutes for a fatty salty sandwich and a tasteless burger, and barely cooked fries. I'll attach the pics, I wish I had taken a picture of the three or four uneaten fatty "ribeye" steak bites I left on my plate. In summary: poor customer service, old ingredients, small portions, big prices, not well-made, or according to all these other awesome reviews, at least not consistently well cooked.

I understand that the cabins are old, and authentic but it would help a little. I would also recommend a little better dusting, around window sills, and windows/curtains, a fair amount of dust that came off, every time we closed the blinds or pulled the curtains.
