I went there for horrendous and agonizing ear pain, and was diagnosed with a bad ear/throat…read moreinfection. i was in debilitating pain yet the doctor had no regard or empathy for my pain. they didn't try to relive it during my visit and told me to buy my own eustachi device (why wouldn't they have one there for these situations? they're an an ear specialist provider for crying out loud!). i asked for medication to relieve my pain and was told to go to the ER if i wanted. really? surely the ER wouldn't know more about relieving debilitating ear pain than an EAR SPECIALIST! this was a super unhelpful and patronizing suggestion. i feel that they were totally un-empathetic to let me wallow in acute pain and not help.

The allergy test was quick and easy (a little itchy too) and took about 15 minutes. You're in and out. The best part of this place is how convenient it is to get there and to park. The light rail station is literally right across the street. You get off at the Essex Street stop and the location is right in front of you. If you are driving, you can park in the garage and stamp your ticket after your visit to ensure you get free parking. That was the first week of May. It is now July. Despite numerous calls and messages over the weeks, I have not heard back from the nurse practitioner, Dr. Weinstein or anyone else regarding the medication. I'd stop by in person, but just too angry. I expect people to make mistakes, but not make the same ones repeatedly. Time passes slowly when you have difficulty breathing.

He sat and spoke with me, answered all of my questions was thorough and promised me at least 80% recovery with allergy shots and we started right away with treatment. The other great thing about him is, I told him I have a cat and I know the cat is making things worse, but I can't give away my fur daughter, and he told me that that was fine! That he would work with me in solving my allergies, he gave me tips on living with my cat but creating "safe rooms" and etc. Anytime I come in with a question he always answers in a direct and comprehensive way. Also the allergy appointments lasts 5 minutes. In.Shot.Out. Enjoy your day. Also the receptionist is really nice and sweet. 5 months after starting the shots - I can breathe again, what a great feeling.

His assistants are great and very efficient.
