I don't know too much about it but my parents always come here when they need a paper notarized since the store is open late and it's quick. I have interacted with John several times trying to buy a business. When you inquire he demands you speak first before he send you any info. And when you speak with him, that is when he profiles you. He seems to profile certain races in my opinion. He is horrible to buyers that are not a certain race. Try contacting him on his business for sale listings and you will see how badly he handles it, unless you are of a certain race. All of this is documented via emails and texts. read more
