We came in with basic forms and he went above and beyond in providing the actual notary jargon that we could attach to our general form just in case our kids/grandparents ran into any issues while traveling. I step in and there is this middle aged tall white haired man behind the counter. He doesn't greet me, he looks at me with disgust and just grabs the scanner to start my return process. While I'm pulling up my phone to find the barcodes I hear him sigh like he is irritated and doesn't wanna be there. I get it, it's Christmas Eve but that shouldn't decrease your customer service experience. I bring out the items and he scans them quietly and when packaging them he throws them in the bins behind him with so much attitude that I'm starting to feel uncomfortable like he can't wait for me to leave and returns to be over with. I had roughly 5 items in my box that I was returning and all labels and barcodes were in order. When I'm done I kindly ask if he could toss the box I had with me for me and he side eyes me and says "No, we don't have any room for YOUR BOX. But there are containers by Panera." And that's it, I just walked out while hearing him sigh in the back I haven't felt this dull about an establishment in a very very long time. I will never return to this place again, and will keep to my UPS I usually go to. This was a horrible experience to say the least. It honestly doesn't cost anything to be friendly, just sayin'. The only positive thing about this place was the cute bulldog walking around in the back. Do better UPS!!

I showed Ashlin the project I was working on & she said didn't now know to correct what I was doing wrong. I was trying to do a centered first message, and the next paragraph was to be standard on the 8x11 paper, every time I tried the centered information would go off and be staggered. She told me I could come back when the design team was there and it was $60.00 an hour. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous as I only needed to know how to tweak the project, I just needed help with aligning the words/paragraphs, not create a completely new project. I went home and came back a few days later hoping to see someone else. I choose the right day and met Will who was extremely patient to me, an old lady. He showed me how to download the app, he said it worked better doing that. Once I had the app downloaded, he helped me re-do and straighten out the project, it took him a matter of minutes.
