During my first visit I had my toddler and she was having a fit and one of the hygienist and doctors came out to help soothe her. I thought that was so sweet. During my second visit one of the receptionist charged me without confirming with the hygienist. I had to call her after I left the dentist to confirm again that the procedure was not done. She was also rude over the phone and tried to blame the hygienist when I tried to clarify while I was still at the office. I would give this place 5 stars but one of the receptionist needs to work on her tone when speaking to the patients. Thankfully she is not the first face you see when you enter the building. She is the receptionist at the second entrance. Overall everyone else at this office is genuinely kind and super sweet. I'm glad I found this place for me and my family.

These people only treat you with respect and dignity if there aren't any financial issues and/or you don't owe them any money. God forbid a person should fall on hard times, or there's an insurance issue, then this establishment starts showing who they REALLY are, really fast. And what they are, are a pack of amoral, apathetic, inhumane, reprehensible, insensitive people who ultimately don't and won't care about your dental health problems regardless of how severe it is! Especially this location. They will tell you, you will not be seen regardless of how much pain you're in or the severity of an infection, and when you double check to confirm that was in fact what was actually said the secretary and office manager will gleefully say and I quote "yes!"
