(I have the emails to prove both.) We went elsewhere and will never go back to Bray and Scarff. Ever. It is not to be trusted.

REICO charged me $600 for the dishwasher installation. BUT- the person who installed the dishwasher had absolutely no clue what he was doing. First, he told me that the wrong parts were sent. I spent four months arguing with Miele over this. Turns out- the right part had been sent originally! Then, the guy installed my dishwasher and in the process of installing the kickplate, knocked out the electrical wire. Miele had to come do a service call even before the dishwasher was installed. All in all, I spent SEVEN MONTHS before I had a working dishwasher.

They came in under our budget. The crew they sent in was fantastic. A group of brothers, they worked hard, and delivered craftsman level attention to our kitchen. They weren't just "banging it out", but treated us like it was their kitchen. I was really surprised, and really impressed. The huge surprise came just this morning, 2 months later. The new fridge seemed to be leaking water. I called the Reico shop to get a number for the Maytag service line (figuring it was under warranty I should call them), but the Reico guys came out in under 10 minutes, identified the problem as a simple cracked valve, replaced it, apologized, and told us to call if anything else goes wrong. These guys are awesome. Great product, great price, and 5 star customer service. I told Bryon (our Reico rep) that he could take pictures of our kitchen no problem, and if he wanted a reference to just say the word. He appreciated that and said I should just write a good online review if I am that pleased. No problem Bryon, this is my honest and heartfelt review. Anyone getting a kitchen remodeled should visit Reico. You will be happy with the results.

He makes every component by hand and finishes them with a water based laquer in the custom color of your choice. They are actually very nice cabinets. Communication was very good for months as the project progressed. Multiple site visits, responding promptly to questions, getting all of the specs for appliances, etc... Things seemed to be progressing very well. Then delivery day approached. The cabinet boxes were delivered, but only about 50% of the doors and drawers. I'm missing all of the shelves, roll out trays, and about half of the drawers and doors. I was assured that the remaining parts would follow shortly, and foolishly made a second partial payment. Then everything changed. No response to calls or emails. Silence. After my counter surfaces were installed and the other aspects of the project essentially finished, Koenig Cabinetry cut off all communication and says they have gone out of business. The cabinets were paid in full incrementally and i'm having to find someone else to finish the work at considerable expense. This will cost my working class family thousands of dollars in losses. I'm sharing this in the hope that I save someone else from a similar fate. I'm trying to figure out how to recover. These same folks also operate as KOENIG PAINTING and FINISH CARPENTRY in Baltimore.
