I was initially very worried but as they were answering my questions one at a time, my stress alleviated. This company did a fantastic job on painting the walls of my kitchen and dining room. The quality of work for these local painters was excellent compared to some painters I have used in the past. This team was very pleasant to have in my home and worked with me and my weird schedule. I just moved back to IL with my parents and I wanted to completely upgrade their home. These guys are incredible. The inside of our house is completely revamped and completely transformed. I couldn't be happier with the job done by these professional painters, particularly Kevin, who led the team. My partner and I were having difficultly finding interior painters that were within our price range and up to par with our expectations. These were our only two criteria. A close friend of my partner suggested John James after having tried their service himself. We even know that their quality is really up there since we've been in his house after it was newly renovated. We reached out to them and heard back immediately. They were communicative and transparent every step of the way throughout the process. I work in a paint store and see professional painters and people who want their houses painted every day. I kept hearing that not only is Jonh James painters affordable but also the best in the business! I was curious so finally when I wanted the inside of my house painted I called them up. From the beginning they were very nice and direct, the quote they gave me almost sounded too good to be true! They seemed very organized too so that was how I knew they would do a great job. After hiring them for the job they were clear in describing what they would do and that I would love it. When they came I left the house to them and by the time I got back they got almost all of the house done, it was looking so good already, and that with all the masking tape and plastic all over the place! After they finished putting the last coat the lines were so straight it was perfect and believe me I was looking all around for an imperfection like a drip but I couldn't find anything!! It has been a week or so after and it looks so good I think I will have to call them back to now do the outside of my house!
