I contacted Ray on a Sunday via Yelp and to my surprise, he replied within the hour and we made a plan to touch base on Monday. I told him what I needed, sent photos of the space, and he offered to have one of his team (David) come out to do the job that same week on Thursday! I couldn't believe the turn around. He offered a fair and very reasonable price for the entire job. Ray and David were prompt at the time they said they'd arrive. Ray pointed out yellowing in one of the bathroom ceilings and since I had the ceiling paint in the condo already, he offered to add this to the job without extra charge. David brought one other team member with him and they were exceptional. Very professional, super friendly, and clearly took significant pride in their work. David checked in with us periodically to make sure that everything was exactly to our specifications. He was even done an hour early! Ray came back at the end to make sure everything was good to go. I am so grateful for Ray and his team because now I can keep prepping for baby's arrival and not worry about these half finished bathrooms. They sanded and perfected trim and recently replaced drywall, and primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. We felt they offered a great value and we appreciated that they offered a discount for cash. Petr came in the beginning and at the end to ensure we were satisfied with the work quality. Deck Doc just finished power washing, sanding and staining my deck, and I am 100% satisfied with…read moretheir work. I scheduled the work around last November, as I wanted my deck to be refinished and looking good for the full 2025 season. The first days with decent weather in late April the deck was washed, and by early May the deck was finished. A crew of 2 worked a full day power washing and bleaching the deck and 2 sections of yard fencing. Every part of the deck was thoroughly cleaned, including areas not normally visible, and all areas of the deck that were surrounded by bushes. Within about a week, as soon as we had a few sunny days and warmer weather, a crew of three worked a full day sanding and staining the deck and fence. The deck floor was power sanded, and all other surfaces were hand sanded, before all sawdust was carefully blown away and stain was applied. Deck Doc did an outstanding job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Communications regarding scheduling were excellent, work was done competently and on the days and at the times promised. The area around the deck was left completely clean when work was completed. Thank you for making my deck look like new.

This team was great and super fast in both their response time and execution of the project. I had them paint my kitchen, living room, and hallways (including ceilings, baseboards, and crown molding) and they were able to get the whole thing done in one day from start to finish (half the time of the original estimate). I've used Galian painters a few times now with great results. Recently they did some exterior painting including scraping and patching some really old plaster and re-painting some exterior doors. In the past they repainted an entire rental unit very quickly over a weekend. I'd highly recommend Galian who can get the job done quickly at a reasonable price. read more

I needed walls, doors, baseboards all done and we were able to settle on a fair price and I scheduled for the following week since I was also getting my floors buffed and stained. During this time, Edgar recommended some paint colors and he was able to provide a COI as required by my building. It was easy to get a hold of him via text and he was always prompt in responding. Edgar arrived with all supplies (tarp, paint, caulk, rollers etc) as we had agreed upon. He spent the majority of the first day in patching and repairing and setting up for the actual paint job. The next day I stopped by to see the progress and I certainly appreciated his attention to detail. Edgar worked alone since his crew was on another job site but it didn't matter since I was in no rush and he ended up doing a great job by himself. In addition to painting, Solano does perform home remodeling too. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend Edgar for your home improvement needs.
