Her A/C unit is a huge top line unit from 17 years ago a Carrier Bryant and Edward was very confident and knew how to work on it. He was nice enough to give us pricing for a new unit or to fix the unit. No pressuring us into a new unit, her unit would cost over $20,000, with Edward Everything is itemized no guessing or giving me BS quotes. My A/C unit in my home is only around $ 10,000-$12,000 but it is nothing like her unit. I picked Monday (since the weather was horrible and I thought the problem was in the outdoor part of the system). The tech was there on time, was courteous, professional, showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it. He informed me of what he was doing along the way, and made sure I knew more and less expensive options (when available) for parts he used. I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. Of course I said yes because I didn't want the pipes to freeze because today after a snow storm it's a lovely 15°F. He was estimated to be at my home at 545pm it was now 520pm. No more than a short time he was here. Very courteous and warm so he didn't make me feel like a dollar sign only. After he worked on it an hr and change he actually made sure everything was OK for me. I appreciated he took his time to ensure it wouldn't shut off again or if any other little problems popped up. We noticed that the air conditioning was not cooling. When we checked the filter, it was filthy and completely clogged which could have caused the air conditioner to break. We changed the filter ourselves and the air conditioner finally began to cool the condo. When speaking to them, they denied not doing the work properly and stated that the filter was changed and due to the work being done may have to have been changed frequently. I found this explanation ridiculous. Terrible service. Would not recommend.
