We noticed that the air conditioning was not cooling. When we checked the filter, it was filthy and completely clogged which could have caused the air conditioner to break. We changed the filter ourselves and the air conditioner finally began to cool the condo. When speaking to them, they denied not doing the work properly and stated that the filter was changed and due to the work being done may have to have been changed frequently. I found this explanation ridiculous. Terrible service. Would not recommend.
