Both Pauleen and Myro are incredibly talented and professional photographers. Pauleen helped make us feel entirely at ease in front of the camera with her directions and constantly hyping us up. On our wedding day, she knew all the best photo spots at our venue and was able to get us a wide variety of photos for our couple's portraits. Myro did a fantastic job getting photos of all our guests during the cocktail hour. We had several guests compliment how friendly he was and how many people he captured. In the background leading up to our wedding day, the True Photography team helped put a photography timeline that aligned with our wedding coordinator's timeline. This helped ensure we got all the photos needed included first looks, couple's portraits, family portraits, etc. No special moment was missed by the team throughout the wedding. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**. Got some of the raws back a day after making my review, which was nice of her to send as she said she didn't usually do so, but the quality of the photos look like they were taken on an iPhone..it was nice to see some of the photos that didn't come through as finals. I am deeply saddened by the outcome of the photos provided by this company. We were initially promised a specific photographer, 'Josh,' based on his recommended portfolio. However, only one week before our wedding, we were assigned 'Anel,' whose work we had never seen. On our wedding day, the level of professionalism and quality of work was unacceptable: Lack of direction: There was little to no guidance on posing or lighting. The photographer made comments like, 'What was that?' or 'What's that face?' instead of providing constructive direction. Poor Technical Execution: Many family photos feature heavy, unflattering shade cast across faces. Across the entire collection, there is only one usable, direct shot of my husband and me facing the camera. Absenteeism: During the cocktail hour, which we hired the photographer to cover, the photographer was found sitting in the dressing room instead of actively taking candid photos of our guests. I actually had to seek out the photographer to initiate coverage of the event. Frankly, the final delivered collection lacked the quality and professional execution we would expect from a paid vendor. It felt like paying a friend to snap photos, not a professional with an understanding of lighting and composition. A further point of concern: not a single photo from our wedding has ever been featured on the company's website or social media. We anticipated a high level of work based on the company's advertised portfolio, and what we received fell far short of that professional standard.

The session only took 10 minutes, but she captured our son's happiness of seeing Santa so perfectly. Just so professional, efficient and knows how to work with kids (especially babies and toddlers). This year we had 3 photo opportunities to pick from, so it was nice to have a change of background and date options. I really appreciated that this was outdoors and there was no long line (like you would typically find at a mall). Quick turnaround from when we took the photos and received them (less than 2 weeks). Highly recommend!

If you pick him, make sure to loosen up and roll with it. You'll be a better subject and have better photos. And did I get my photos quickly? Absolutely. Some photographers and slow and only give you one or two headshots for comparable costs. I got dozens!
