Everything came back perfect. All adjustments were done to specification, and they were smart enough to adjust the length of my bracelet from both sides instead of just from one like I had asked, which keeps the pendant more centered. I also noticed my gold plated chain came back even more shiny and gold so I don't know if it was re-plated or just polished and cleaned but I love it. Great job! And I believe I spent only about a $100 for all three things which was extremely worth it. Turnaround was about a week and they had a good process to set up the pickup to ensure no one can just take your jewelry.

The problem is that their chat is extremely slow, with 30+ minutes sometimes passing between responses. I was able to communicate with them, but only by sitting around waiting for each response, making it a very frustrating and impractical way to resolve an issue. They agreed to fix the bracelet but would only cover $100 of return-shipping insurance, despite the bracelet being worth significantly more and having sentimental value. They refused to cover the additional insurance I had originally paid for. I ultimately suggested receiving store credit for the insurance cost, which they agreed to, but the issue still went unresolved. Months later, the bracelet is still unwearable. I recently reached out again and, once again, have received no response through the chat. Mistakes happen, but the company policy to not match insurance value and the lack of functional customer service have been disappointing & gave more frustration than it's worth. I gave 2 stars because I did have two other previous items that were completed without issue. You just have to hope nothing goes wrong.

They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. A while back, after my dad passed 3.5 years ago, my mom's engagement ring, the prongs were damaged, and she didn't wanna risk losing the stone, so she hasn't worn it in since. We've talked back and forth about getting it fixed but didn't know a jeweler to go to, to trust with the job of repairing it. The sentimental value, far exceeded its actual monetary value, so it just sat in a closet. I've wanted to help her get it fixed, and at 12pm on 7/29/26, on her actual birthday, on a whim, when she wasn't looking, I found it, and took it to a random jeweler I found via google, while I was in Lyndhurst. I read the reviews, for a different place and google mapped my way there. they had 5 ratings, and only 5 ratings in over 300+ reviews. I drove there, and when I arrived there was a different name on the building. Hesitant, bc I hadn't researched Austin's, I searched the new name, and found they too had excellent reviews, and what spoke to me was the compassion everyone spoke of in their reviews, so I crossed my fingers and walked in, incredibly leary to leave this ring there but Austin, the owner and jeweler, promised me he'd take good care of it and even tho he had a mountain of work to do, he also promised a turn around time, I didn't think would be possible, and that he'd attempt to get it done before dinner that night at 6pm. Well not only did Austin meet the timeline, and offered to drop it off at the restaurant if I needed, he absolutely knocked it out of the park, and exceeded expectations with the quality of the work. I saw it, and I cried. It took everything in me to hold it all together and not jump over the counter and hug him, as he stood there still covered in black dust from the repairs he literally just finished upon my arrival, and then to keep my composure, and drive to the restaurant, and give this now beautifully wrapped 50 year old engagement ring back to my mom. To say my mom was happy, and surprised was an understatement. I didn't take a photo of it because they generously offered and put it in a ring box and wrapped it up for me, and then gifted her with a ginormous tub of jewelry cleaner too, so she can make her band she has on, match and sparkle too.
