We recently had to sell our parent's house in Mission Viejo. Due to market volatility and other…read morefactors, we needed to sell quickly but also wanted to get good value from the sale. After interviewing 4 sets of Realtors, we decided to work with Dave Gubler and IML Real Estate. Dave listened to our concerns and priorities and described his approach to marketing houses. His use of "disruptive digital marketing" and what he called "the juice" seemed like the right combination. We had a short window to get the house on the market and sold and Dave worked closely with us to arrange everything so that the open house happened just 6 weeks after we first met and 1 week after we finished the estate sale.
