I was unprepared for the professionalism, kindness and efficiency that Dr Tolwin's practice offered. There was no waiting time - he kept to his appointment time exactly as promised. Beth is always wonderful over the phone and in person. Natalie is warm, professional with an appropriate sense of humor. Dr Tolwin kept me apprised of the process and everything that I should expect. I decided to go to Dr. Taglia for X-rays and second opinion. He discovered a few new cavities and showed me on my X-rays and video photography exactly what was happening to my teeth. He felt the integrity of the teeth previously in question did not need the expensive procedures. He also repaired a chip in my front tooth that the other dentist botched up. His match is perfect and no one would ever know I had a chip in my front tooth. It was nice to go to a dentist that isn't just able making tons of money.

Not that it matters but the music was kind of strange. The charm of the doctor pleased me, however after reading all the reviews it seems like he ghosts people besides me. I am sure he will write some excuse. But I do not recommend to drive so far for what seems is not such a good deal as he inflates the price of other work for the implant to adverstise a lower fee f $500 for the work. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Beware…read more I usually don't write reviews, but I felt obligated to share what happened to me at this dental office. Despite all the glowing 5-star reviews, my experience was quite the opposite -- and I strongly urge others to approach with caution. I came in needing a simple filling for a cracked tooth. Dr. Hossam Abdelsalam did the first procedure, and the filling fell out within 2 days. I returned, and another (more experienced) dentist redid the work. That filling lasted about two months. Unfortunately, when I tried to get it fixed by a different dentist, my insurance wouldn't cover the rework -- so I was stuck going back. When I returned a third time, Dr. Hossam Abdelsalam was immediately defensive and confrontational. He accused me of doing something to "destroy" their work, which was not the case -- the filling came out during basic daily brushing and flossing. He then told me I needed a crown and refused to do another filling. I asked for their decision in writing -- they ignored the request. A few days later, I got a formal letter saying they would no longer treat me. On top of all that, their routine cleanings are very rushed -- nothing close to what I expect from a professional hygienist. It felt like they were cutting corners across the board. This experience has left me frustrated, dismissed, and now dealing with dental issues that could've been avoided with proper care. I'm about to report the situation to the dental board and am sharing this in the hope that others don't go through the same thing. Please be wary of the overly positive reviews and trust your gut.

For this he charged me $400 and called it a consultation. He had no right to charge me $400 for his five minute opinion. I talked to my dentist later the same day and he disagrees with Dr. Tadros' advice. But I'm still out $400. Losing that kind of money is devastating to me. I wouldn't feel any worse if I had been robbed on the street.

More then 3/4 of my tooth # 6 broke up to the gum line last year Crown or implant were the only options. Crown under condition that remnants of my tooth and root is still healthy. After X ray and examination I learned that root canal was already done. I forgot that it was done about 40 years ago and it was incomplete and that at the bottom there was already little pocket of infection. After discussion about options, chances and what if..... we decided to redo root canal and prepare tooth for crown with pin-bolt in it. And here is the best part of my experience. As a person with good understanding about using manual, power and precision tools I was amazed by skills of Dr Kasper in using them. Don't be scared about what I said about power tools because he has his own tiny tools appropriate for his profession. He has plenty of them and he is master in operating and using them. I did not fill ANY pain possible because there was no pain, but possibly because I was busy watching him and admiring his skills and precision. After two or 3 visit my root canal was done. Next my dentist molded and installed pin and put crown on the top.. And that's end of the story.... Not exactly because Dr Kasper does FOLLOW up his creations-work for two years. So today was my first follow up visit for follow up X rays. I checked the pictures and they look perfect. Doctor has to review them and send report to my dentist. My next follow up visit will be next year for another X rays. Did I say that follow up visits to Dr Kasper are free? Yes the are. So conclusion and advise for those that are looking for good endodontist. You can keep looking but I am sure that there are not many Dr Kaspers around. I will update my comment-review next year after final follow up. In June of 2015 I had second-final follow up X ray and everything looks and feel good
