Plenty of spots today which was unusual. The two employees when I walked in were very friendly and helpful. My appointment was 1105. I checked in at 1055 because you can't check in until 10 minutes before your appointment. I sat until 1140. The woman at the window acted like she didn't want to be there or help me. She was concerned with singing and talking to the employee next to her. However, she was very efficient. I was there for a registration. I was leaving at 1143. Mixed review of government inefficiency. Could have been much worse.

The second department I spoke to assigned an officer who had no issue assisting me and the issue was resolved immediately. Moral of the story is, if you have a non-emergency request, take your time and energy elsewhere. If you are denied by the Danbury PD, always seek a second opinion.
