Dr. John has high precision hands with a soft touch. I realized today that of all dental experiences I have had since I was a child, he is one of only two dentists (the other is my SIL who is based in CT) with who I can feel at complete ease about my care. He is very sensitive to the slightest hint of my discomfort (which hardly happens) and adjusts accordingly. He never appears rushed or hurried even though my appointments don't feel too long at all. Dr. John and his dental assistant/hygienist work well together and efficiently. The office is clean and staff are friendly, especially Dr. John's wife Chee (sp?). They have been welcoming, helpful and accommodating. As a new resident to the area, I felt lucky to find Dr. John on my first try. My husband and two kids all come to him for their dental needs and have also had positive experiences. I am sure you will too. read more

I took my 4 year old daughter to Dr. Ortiz for an emergency extraction she needed a baby tooth pulled due to a cavity and an abscess. He was so gentle and did it very quickly as to not distress my daughter. Their office was clean and adhere to Covid-19 guidelines. The staff was also very attentive and took care of us. I'm so glad I found Dr. Ortiz. He is meticulous and cares very much for his patients. He replaced a crown that another dr had placed a few years back and there was a gap between my gum and the crown. I was disgusted by this because I just kept imaging food going in there. Dr. Ortiz noticed that my gum was overlapping and that this needed to be fixed before replacing the crown. My crown now fits perfectly with no gaps. Color is perfect and it feels great. His staff Jessica and Faith are professional and extremely pleasant. read more

Highly Recommended... My family and I have been coming to this dental office since 2001 (Dr. Ortiz took over from another dentist). He and his wonderful staff have done a great job maintaining our teeth. My kids (19 y.o. and 12 y.o.) practically grew up there and we look forward to our visits.
