The office staff are extremely friendly and personable and the dental team are kind and understanding, especially with my nerves. The cleaning was top tier! Initially came here for a second opinion for a sensitive tooth due to an abrasion. They fixed it easily which the other place did nothing about. Came again yesterday for an emergency after my 3 year old daughter ran into a metal pole and busted her lip and had wiggly teeth. They took her in immediately and made her feel so comfortable. If there is anyone who hates going to the dentist more than me, I've never found them. In my adult life, I avoided it like the plague, with all of the predictable results. A broken tooth finally forced me in. My wife uses Best Image, and told me I'd be "OK". So, I hate it when she's right. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming, and most of all, very caring. I don't know if they could sense that I was very uncomfortable being there, but they were very reassuring and throughtfull throughout my visit. Equipment seems, from a layperson's point of view, to be be current technology and was very clean. Everything that contacts you has some sort of removable plastic cover on it. I felt totally secure that the place was spotelessly maintained. All the staff was in uniform and wore masks when working on me. The Doctor is very nice and friendly, plus went over everything very carefully with me and let me know what options were, and what results of choices are likely to be. I felt like an ADULT, not a child, and it was great to know what had to be done right away, and what could be put off a bit. For the first time in many years I scheduled a six month checkup. I've seen the team there times now, and while going to the dentist is still not my favorite thing to do, I can recommend them for the best experience. read more

I've met Dr. Ramil, and while I haven't had my teeth cleaned or checked by him, I've heard he's excellent. I don't have dental insurance. I did have my very first cavity. I went to my (now former) dentist and she wanted to charge me over $300 to fill it. Then I went to Best Image Dental for a second opinion: $50 later, and having felt NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT WHATSOEVER, I was one happy cavity-less camper. Dr. Ramil Asuncion and his staff offer the utmost in professional and skillful service. He did not try to oversell me. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and personable (but not *overly* so - I don't particularly want to have a two-way convo whilst someone's hands are in my mouth). Plus the facility is clean, comfortable, and up to date with safer, newer technology than those pesky old x-rays that radiate the crap out of you. I drive all the way from Sunland to come here. There are hundreds of dentist in between although I wouldn't trust them with my families teeth even if you paid me. The staff here is AWESOME! The appointments are always a little far out in planning but obviously the Dr. Can only handle so many cases when everyone wants to come to you :) I trust them 100% for my young daughter and us big kids too. read more

Can't seem to get any service off these people. Everytime I call their phone is hooked up to their fax machine and there is no answer just fax beeps. On a different occasion that I was able to leave a message, they never returned my call. You would think they were able to afford a seperate line for their fax machine so they can take messages and welcome more business. Maybe they don't want more business. read more
