Since it seems clear the JEM&Assoc and our "accountant" Brian seem not to value our business in the slightest, we will be taking our business elsewhere. I don't have time to chase people who I am paying to do a service for myself and my family. If you need further clarification of the situation, it's been almost a month since my first email, a week since my follow up email asking if he had an alternative preferred method of communication, and three days since I called his office and left a message. "Upload your IRS notice to the portal and We'll get you a rebate, we'll look into it and call you back" no call backs, two weeks go by and I have to call many times. $600 for the service and I owe over $3000 dollars to IRS with accrued penalties that could've been prevented or explained with some guidance from "tax professionals". I am truly disappointed. I was patient and respectful, they did a poor job at helping when I needed it the most. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE OR SOMEWHERE ELSE CHEAPER TO PUT YOU IN FINANCIAL RUIN.
