I came in to browse some fragrances. When I entered, there were three employees on the floor, one was helping another customer, while the other two were engaged in a conversation on the opposite side of the store. I wasn't greeted upon arrival and ended up finding the fragrance section on my own. Even after spending some time looking through my options, there was little acknowledgment of my presence aside from a quick, quiet hello from one of the employees mid-conversation. Since the fragrances were located near the register, one of the employees eventually returned to that area and briefly acknowledged me, but didn't offer assistance or provide any information about the products. I finally asked if they carried different sizes, and was told they did not, even though I know the brand offers smaller options. I did end up choosing a fragrance I liked and proceeded to checkout, but the interaction there was just as minimal. Honestly, I didn't feel inclined to give this store my business, but I wanted the fragrance. Next time, I'll just order directly from the website. read more

We had questioned about the sale and also ask them if the jacket looked good on us and they basically didn't respond. Knocked down my review one star as I went in and there was a staff member who was busy working and did not approach me once when I was looking at t-shirts for at least 5 minutes. He saw me but didn't say anything. Came after Black Friday and they had their sale t-shirts marked down further, I think 40% off. I like the styles of their shirts as the designs are great for a rock fan. Another sales associate, Anthony, came to check how I was doing. I asked about a size as I couldn't find it and he went to the back and found one for me. I couldn't decide and went to look at a sales rack. Found a great shirt for my husband and decided to get that one instead. Score as it was $36 from $90. The feel of the shirt is soft and great design. There was no line up so quick to pay and excellent service. Would definitely shop here again to find a tshirt or two for my husband. read more

Only negative is that 1 of 3 t shirts shrank to midget size within 2 washes, but the other two t-shirts are fine. Go figure. The older African American lady who looked like some kind of manager was incredibly rude and has major attitude problems, and absolutely ruined my mood for the day. All the other staff I've encountered have been polite and great to work with, but unfortunately this black lady nullified everybody else's hard work. She needs to be removed from the front of the store as she lacks the basic ability to interact with customers. read more

I love this particular store! The staff is the sweetest and ultra helpful! I have been to this location about 10 times and have made a purchase almost every time. This is an outlet version of John Varvatos and is constantly and consistently updated with new arrivals. You cannot beat the prices here, even on eBay and other resale sites for used items. My man wears the hoodies which retail usually closer to $200/$300 and they have cost around $50/$60. The tees which usually retail at $99 are around $30. We will keep coming to this store and purchasing these high quality items for a steal of a price! The store is clean and well decorated in a rock and roll vibe. After purchasing a leather jacket at All Saints today, they referred me to their sister store, John Varvatos, to look for pants. First I looked at shoes, and the saleswoman in that section directed me to another girl that must have sold pants or clothing in general. She really didn't seem interested in helping me at all and when I had decided to try on a pair of pants, she handed the pants over to the woman in shoes like she couldn't be bothered with helping me. Anyhow, after they had a whole conversation in front of me about who should take me to the fitting room, the woman from shoes brought me there and left with a swiftness, maybe because she was so over concerned about missing her commission for her shoe sales. Mind you, the store wasn't busy at all. I felt like I was pre-judged and also that I was shopping in a shark tank. The staff at All Saints in the north premium outlets is way more helpful, personable, and friendly. You think that John Varvatos, with its higher price point, would have even better service but the 2 women today were pretty uptight and snobby. The one star I'm giving to this store goes to the gentlemen in the men's section who smiled and greeted me ever so politely, even though he wasn't the one initially helping me. read more

Born in Detroit and featuring a style that bridges luxury and modernity with some of the finest materials out there, I've become quite fond of both Varvatos signature line and the more affordable Star USA collection over recent years and with his third local store now open at the North Premium Outlets with anywhere from 40-70% of retail suffice it to say the collection is likely to grow quickly. Lucas knows how to treat his customers right. I spent over $3k in the past month at JV stores and when I had one concern about a purchase, Lucas bent over backwards to make me a happy customer without me having to put up any fuss. That's what customer service is about and it should be like that with the price of JV clothing, even if it is outlet prices. It's rare to find that kind of professional courtesy these days and for all of my future purchases I will contact this Las Vegas store , even though I have another JV outlet closer to me. read more

The regular retail stores are great, but the customer service at the North outlet is how every brick and mortar store trying to compete with online retailers should perform. I really appreciate the designs and quality materials of John Varvatos merchandise. I have a few items from the Forum Shops location in Las Vegas. My wife and I were on vacation from Winnipeg, Canada in July and stopped in at the John Varvatos location at the North Outlet Shops. Lucas was so helpful the moment we walked in. He explained the store layout and asked if we had any questions. I ended up purchasing a few casual dress shirts and a couple of really cool shoes. The shirts were a perfect slim fit, from the John Varvatos silver label collection. They were a plaid western style. I love the earth tone colors of his clothes. The shoes are a textured grey material that could be worn with or without laces, the other pair are black lace up running shoes with a cream color sole and side zipper. The prices were quite reasonable considering the exchange rate on the Canadian Dollar. Thanks also to Michael who helped out when Lucas was busy. See you guys in December. read more
