My husband and I went to the Ariat store on Las Vegas boulevard in May 23, 2026 as my husband has been wanting a custom cowboy hat for years. As soon as we walked in it was an amazing experience. The store is so clean and welcoming. We headed upstairs to the Hat Doctor and right away were greeted upon entry to the area by Lou who was wonderful! My husband wasn't sure what he wanted and asked Lou for guidance and she was amazing! Bob came over and fitted my husbands hat and made sure it looked great on him! We cannot thank those two enough for how they treated him and made him feel special. Because of those two, we will be back and recommending this store for anyone coming in the future. I Came in for a Hat & Left Wanting a Horse Hey, y'all it me again....saddle up and sit a spell because I have GOT to tell y'all about my experience at Ariat, 3716 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89158. First of all, when you walk in, it's like cowboy heaven done put on its Sunday best. There is so much to look at, beautifully decorated, and the customer service? Top tier. They let you wander around a little bit, then greet you like they've been waiting on you to come in all day. They ask what you're looking for, they don't point but walk you toward the elevator or stairs, and once you get upstairs to the second floor... baby, that's where the magic starts. That's where I met Ivan -- and I'm not calling him the "hat doctor." Nope. I'm branding him the Hat Ambassador. Y'all, when I tell you this man knows cowboy hats, I mean KNOWS them. I tried on enough hats to make a ranch nervous. Ivan stayed patient the whole time, shaping, steaming, explaining, and helping me find the one. I ended up with a beautiful Stetson rabbit felt hat with a distressed look, some branding, and an open crown just the way I wanted it. I even had Ivan sign my 2dollar bill & he put it in the band. He took his time and made sure everything was just right. And at the very end, when my hat was finished, Ivan extended his hand, took off his own hat with the other, thanked me for coming, and y'all... I loved that. It was classy, respectful, and fit the whole experience perfectly. I felt like I had stepped right into an old western movie. By the time I left, I felt like I should've had a horse tied up outside waiting on me. If you're ever in Las Vegas and want a cowboy hat experience that's worth every penny, go see Ivan at Ariat. Been a longtime cowboy boot wearer, so on our latest trip to Vegas I was excited to check out the Ariat store after hearing how large and well-stocked it was. I've never personally owned a pair of Ariats, but my wife and several friends swear by them. First impressions were great -- the store is beautiful, well laid out, and had a solid selection of clothing, jewelry, and boots. After wandering around a bit, I finally found the styles I came to see. I was especially excited to see the lizard and alligator models on display. The sales associate was very helpful and explained that the exotic boots tend to run small, so it's best to try a couple of sizes. Unfortunately, when I mentioned I normally wear a wide width, she let me know they don't carry wides in-store. That was honestly pretty disappointing. In my opinion, the whole point of visiting a physical boot store is being able to try on the boots before spending that kind of money. At nearly $1,000 a pair, I'm not really interested in playing the guessing game of ordering online. To her credit, the sales associate was extremely sweet, apologized, and suggested ordering online instead. I did try sizing up in a regular width (D), but I still couldn't get my foot into the boot. Overall, it's a really nice store with a great atmosphere, but unfortunately it just wasn't the right fit for me if I can't try on my actual size. read more

At least not in California. Well, you are in luck because I have an easy 3 step solution: Step 1. Book a weekend trip to Las Vegas. Step 2. Visit the Ariat Brand Store. Step 3. Ask for Lou. I guarantee you will leave a happy customer. Last week 3/12/2026 my wife and I flew in to Vegas for a family get-together. We drove our rental car directly from the airport to the Ariat Brand Store. A beautiful lady named Lou greeted us at the entrance. I explained to Lou what I wanted and she went on mission and began having boots in multi-styles and sizes sent up from the basement. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Lou even provided tips for ordering the correct boot size online for my feet, based on the boot material. Example: bison vs. snake. This info was priceless and I truly appreciated the insight Lou had to offer. Long story short the wife and I purchased 3 pairs of boots, 2 tops and 3 pairs of denim jeans. I wanted to hit the Hat Doctor but we ran out of time. Also, because we were flying, we obviously couldn't carry the boots with us so Lou took care of the shipping. Ibsen deserves a raise! This was my very first time shopping for a hat, and he made the experience smooth, memorable, and truly special. He went above and beyond by adding a personal touch that meant so much. I noticed the feathers on his own hat and asked if Ariat carried anything similar, He explained that they were Stetson original feathers and unfortunately, not sold there. Without hesitation, he removed them from his own hat and offered them to me. I initially declined, but he insisted. Once he added the feathers to the hat I was purchasing, it completely elevated the look--I instantly fell in love with it! What a cool boot and western wear, it's so colorful! The store located in the Crystal Shops between The Aria and Cosmopolitan Casinos. The sales staff is extremely nice and if you like boots, then you have just walked into Boot Heaven. It is pricey, but isn't all of Las Vegas pricey?! It's pretty spacious going all the way back and they also have an upstairs. Definitely worth going in to window shop and hopefully find those perfect boots that are made for walking! read more

Ibsen was extremely helpful and even took the time to reshape the entire top of my hat and the crown cause my head is extra round, and even helped me design it and did an amazing job, getting the hat convinced me to get the boots and they're surprisingly comfy!! i know they also carry wide sizes for my big footed babies. anyway 10/10 would recommend if you've never been (bars??) loved it!!! and if you're reading this ibsen you did an amazing job!!!! He is always so friendly and professional and always has awesome suggestions and recommendations both for western and work wear! Both times I've been to this store Julian has always gone above and beyond and is a pleasure to talk to! He makes your in store experience feel more like family rather then just a customer! All the associates at this store seem awesome but I've only interacted with Julian both times I've shopped here and it's always an awesome experience!
