My boyfriend got me some boots from Boot Barn last Christmas and I immediately fell in love with them. I've never owned a pair before but I guess he was listening to me talk about cowboy boots all summer and decided to buy some for me, he also bought me a cute belt from the brand Ariat and a hat too. The regular brand carries fashionable boots and serves the cowboy, ranch person, rodeo person, also the avid outdoorsman, thrill seeker, hunters, and fishermens... Also available at both locations - Western wear, fashion, outdoor gear, etc. Service - Both locations have an amazing service program. We were greeted often, from almost all the employees. I have been here before and purchased a pair of boots, now I am here on a mission to get a pair of pants. The women's department has a very wide selection to chose from, unfortunately my body shape is not easy to find pants for. I was greeted by an associate by the name of Candice who was eager to help me find the right fit. After trying on about 12 different styles, we found two pair that worked. The inventory of plus sizes is a little slim. Candice did let me know that if we found a style that was right for me but the length was too long, I could always order online and have them shipped. The store is very well organized, clean and all employees were friendly and acknowledged me with a gentle smile. I will definitely be back. read more

I placed an order online for one of my grandchildren for a new pair of boots for Christmas and I see that if I placed the order and had it shipped to the store that I would receive a $25 gift certificate. So of course I chose that option and when the boots arrived, I was notified and went to the store to pick them up. The young man at the counter retrieved my online order as well as helped me purchase three additional pairs of boots using the $25 certificate that I had received plus an additional percentage off for the remaining three pairs of boots. When I first came to this store, I was overwhelmed by its size and selection--especially the cowboy boots. The left half of the store is the men's section, and the right side is the women's. Nearly all of the men's jeans are designed to be worn with cowboy boots, and tend to have a slim fit, which is the standard country-western style. I mainly shop here for apparel to wear when I go country dancing at Stoney's. To that end, there is no shortage of shirts to select from. The men's side of the store has only two fitting rooms, which can result in significant wait time. Fortunately, one of the employees said I could go to the women's side, which has four fitting rooms. At the point of sale, I had to go through the hassle of declining to enroll in the rewards program, which I wasn't interested in. I didn't like when the employee asked me again after I said "no" the first time. read more

My son made a purchase from Boot Barn online. He didn't order the correct size so we went into the store to complete the exchange. Upon arrival we were greeted by the cashier who was kind and attentive. While there we did some shopping, Mike one of the associates spent a lot of time with my boy helping him find jeans and shirts, being tall and lean he often has difficulty finding clothing that fit him properly. 3 pairs of jeans and 3 shirts later I have a happy teen who mentioned on the way home "Mike must have seen the way my jeans fit and thought to himself 'that young man needs some help.' Last month, during my travels in up-state NY and central PA, I lost a MUCH LOVED Scala Wool Western Hat. Searched online, but figured I could find a replacement at a store in Las Vegas during our New Year's vacation. It was not as easy as I expected. Surprise... Surprise... on our last day in Las Vegas and on the way to the airport, I spotted this Boot Barn location. Found a Cody James (their private label) Wool-felt hat to replace my Scala and saw several western boots I liked. The Customer Service in the Hat Department was VERY GOOD!!! If we were not pressed for time to make our flight, I could have easily spent a grand on two boots and an additional hat. The experience at this Las Vegas location has made me convinced to check-out their Boot Barn location in Collierville, TN and wherever I travel around the USA. read more

Headed in to boot barn on 12.3.22 not even realize that NFR was in town. The parking lot was packed with almost nowhere to park. I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for. Thankfully they had a greeter at the door and she was able to point me into the right direction for children's/ youth area. I made my way back and didn't see the jacket I was looking for. So I asked a nearby associate who told me that what they had our was it. I didn't realize that boot barn had so many locations in town and I must have looked at a different store. As I was walking out another associate stopped me and asked if I found everything I told her no and she advised me that if I went to a register I could get the item shipped to my house "for free". I asked her if I could just do it myself and she said yes but the shipping won't be free. I said okay that's awesome so I walked over to the super long line and waited about 20 mins with my 6 year old before I was called to a register. The girl that was behind the desk tried to help me figure out why the same kids jacket had the same listing online but with 2 separate prices. We ended up going with a cheaper of the 2 listings. I was given a handheld device to enter all of my information onto and to my surprise she told be that shipping was $7 unless I spend $100. Honestly at this point I was annoyed and my son was over this trip and I had driven to the wrong store, waited in a 20 minute long like for free shipping and now I'd have to pay?! I could have ordered the jacket in my car or from the confort of my own home. Anyway, I told the girl what the other girl in the women's area had told me and she said she told me wrong but if I want to skip the shipping price I could drive back to the store to pick up the jacket. I went with that option however this option is available to anyone ordering on the website. The jacket will be sent to the store between 2-7 day and I'll be able to pick it up from the store. I wish all of the associates are in the same page with the whole shipping situation. The overall appearance of the store was beautiful. Everyone that worked there looked amazing and the store was well lit and organized even with how busy it was. I will be back to shop when I have some more time and it isn't a busy weekend. read more

After years of buying belts from Wal-Mart and Target that fell apart in about a month, I finally gave this place a try. I've only been here once, but I was pleased and impressed.
