Eric asked a lot of good questions regarding my likes/dislikes of certain plants, my color preferences, maintenance needs/lifestyle and then sat down at the patio table to put his ideas on paper. I walked away to let him create in peace, then we reviewed his plan and discussed his recommendations. His pricing was fair, I knew his reputation in the area, and I liked his approach so he won my business. He's very knowledgeable and creative. Afterward, I contacted Eric with some questions and suggestions for other plants - he was always very responsive and thorough in his communication. He also made some suggestions regarding the irrigation system. Eric is committed to professional customer service and kept telling me he wanted to design something I could love (within my budget, of course.) First it was, oh, it's too early to put down sod, it'll die. We should plant in late April. We also won't know if your front yard needs replaced until the grass has had more time to grow. How he could conclude that the back yard needed it but not the front is beyond me -- it was the same grass in the same condition. Probably just trying to cover for the fact they didn't measure and estimate what I asked for originally. Late April came and went, despite phone calls from me as asked in early April to setup an estimate. Then it was, we'll come by and estimate in early May for install in late May. Late May has come and gone and I still don't have a full yard estimate, let alone any grass. Done with their lies. I've hired someone else. You should do the same if you want your project done.
