Out of the companies we requested quotes from we had 2 companies that never responded, one that came out and said they would send a quote and never did (even after i requested one several times) and a couple that came out and sent quotes but told use they had to cap off our sprinkler system or used dirt under the turf (cheapest way to install and odors will build up). Need to have the sprinklers....hello we live in Texas and go months without rain and the foundation to our home has to be watered. Through this process Bo confirmed everything that we found in our research and used the processes and materials we were looking for. Less than two years after installation, lines begin to form in the turf. I called synlawn and told him about the problem and they promptly set someone to inspect and photograph.
