As always, the team at JWRV went above and beyond. I had it on the lot and the batteries decided to die for no reason. It was just before noon on the weekend so service was getting ready to close. Victor came out with a jump box and got my house batteries and chassis battery powered up. Then it wouldn't crank. Tried everything and nothing. So I scheduled a mobile mechanic and he couldnt be there until Monday. So after several hours of tracing, testing and looking up a solution on every forum I could find, I asked a salesman (Brandon) if he might know anything. Without hesitation he came out, looked at the problem, found a website with a fuse diagram and found the problem- a $6.99 fuse!!! Once again the staff stepped up and saved me hundreds of dollars from not having a mobile mechanic come out. Brandon took his time and within 30 minutes the problem was solved and it fired right up! He even said afterwards "hey that was fun!" Again, this is my 2nd RV I've purchased from JWRV and if I ever outgrow this one theres only one place I'll buy my next one! The staff is unbeatable! This review is for the service department - Very hard to get a hold of them, they are not very responsive to say the least. If you need something quick or help with a "small" job, I guess they see you as a grade d customer. They are busy and don't have time for you. I wanted to get a quote for a part I needed for my RV, they are authorized dealers, I sent them an email and called and I still didn't got anything from them - it's been almost 3 weeks and they still can't tell me the price - what a joke! On another case, I used them in the past, the service was very slow, you have to wait few weeks just for parts to come in, and then because they are busy it takes a lot of time to finish the job. After they finished the job when I came back I've noticed it wasn't perfect (was very obvious to see), so I told the to fix it and they eventually did (after few days) but they dragged me all the way for nothing? One-Star Review - Johnny Walker RV, Las Vegas One-Star Review - Johnny Walker RV, Las Vegas I paid $309,000 for a 2022 Thor Tuscany at Johnny Walker RV in November 2024. From the start, the service experience was a disaster. I was told I could stay in the RV on their lot to test for warranty issues (as they included a 30-day warranty). I planned to take the unit to Zion National Park, where temperatures dropped to 8°F. That's when I discovered the Aqua-Hot heating system and radiant flooring didn't work. We froze. I called immediately-no real help. I returned the RV, they apologized and said they'd fix it. When I returned around Christmas, they said it was good to go. We headed to Park City-same problem. No heat. I had to buy an electric heater and rely on RV parks for power to avoid running the generator nonstop. After the third attempt, while staying at Fremont Street RV Park, the heat still failed. I returned again. Finally, someone discovered the system had NO exhaust pipe installed. That was the issue the entire time. It took three returns for someone to catch it. Separately, the water pump wasn't functioning. I had brought my own pump but they insisted on installing theirs-only for it to fail. When they finally installed mine, they charged me $97 for labor. The tech even refused to return my keys unless I paid. Outrageous during a warranty repair using my part. Even worse, months later, when I had a Firefly G2 logic board issue unrelated to Johnny Walker, I called for help. Derek, the same tech who had programmed the system, claimed he had no knowledge of it and refused to assist. Salesman Patrick Stevens was extremely nice during the sale-but when I needed help, he ignored my calls. I asked him to help me contact the prior owner to release the SkyLink system, but he dropped the ball and I still can't access SkyLink to this day. Managers Ronnie Corwin and Walker Fitch initially seemed helpful but never communicated with each other. In the end, both stopped acknowledging my concerns. There were other smaller problems I won't list here. Once they processed my payment, I felt completely abandoned. The warranty was meaningless, and their follow-through was abysmal. To anyone considering a purchase from Johnny Walker RV: the sales process might feel smooth, but once you drive off the lot, you're on your own. We bought our current trailer in June of '22 (we bought our previous trailer in '19 from a Pahrump dealership). I checked with JWRV first but they don't carry the brand we wanted, although the salesman (Tommy Degregory) showed me a dozen trailers with similar floor plans from different manufacturers, both on the lot and online. We found the trailer (with extended national warranty) we wanted new in Salt Lake City but needed a better hitch. Michael Proto in parts and Ed Clark in service coordinated to order my hitch and schedule me in for installation and setup prior to our upcoming trip. Fast forward to December '24 and January '25 Ed got my trailer diagnosed and approved for a major Schwintek slide out repair under warranty, returned the trailer for our 6 day trip, then got us back in for the repair shortly after the holidays. The repair was complete in 8 days, including a water leak I had mentioned in passing. The moral of the story is this: anybody can sell you a trailer, but how are you treated when it comes time for service? In our case, we didn't even purchase it there. Now let me say that the team you have in place in Las Vegas is awesome! Anthony  Burton, my salesperson I originally came to look at the Mobile Estates DVR- I did not like it and he questioned what I was looking for. I told him newer and more updated with a real fridge, bigger shower and an oven that I can light.  My old oven was horrible for me to try and use with my disabilities. He showed me like 15 different models and I came back the next day after doing my research to relook at 3 and kept going back to the Paradigm. He should get kudos for the upsale! The finance lady- (I don't remember her name)She went over all the documents and made sure I understood them. The process was quick and easy. OH and expensive!!!! HAHA Lance, Steve, Victor delivery team are awesome as well!  Steve did the prep on my home for me to spend the night in. Gave me a very thorough walk and lesson on my new home- which I recorded for use as a reference for later on when I need to remember things. Lance, Victor and the delivery team Pick up was scary and came with a few surprises. We were able to overcome them and move my Montana out. I miss her! Moving in the Paradigm well let me say- AMAZING! They brought this groovy tractor thing out that the man just whipped my Paradigm right into the tight space with no problems! He did not break a sweat doing it that way! Lol good call on the tractor to come and do it! The guys were able to finish the set up and remove the stairs for me. I think that they sweated on that step...... I had an issue with power cords and after I went back to the place to get the first one replaced, found out it did not fix the issue I called Lance who sent Victor out to see what was going on. The Inverter popped. Victor told me that it is a failsafe to keep from messing up my system. He also found out the second cord was bad. He went back after 5 PM to get me a new one and brought it to me and he reset the inverter and told me what to look for going forward. A couple days later I started having issues with the roof fan in the bathroom and the front door. I called Lance and he told me what I needed to do. I will have to call someone to fix  the door. The door is still sticking. BUT I was able to get the fan working! Yay me. I bought my very first RV from your company in 1999, a 30 ft Nomad TT. Our fifthwheel was placed into the service department for repairs in March We had three different issues. Our axels were broken, the refrigerator was not cooling, and they discovered the waste valve wasn't working. We picked up the rig May 13th and the refrigerator was still not cooling and when they did the repair on the dump valve they left the bottom of the rig unfastened- had we not stayed for a few weeks in Vegas, we would most certainly had an issue on the way home when it fell off. We put the fifth-wheel back in the shop, they said they fixed the problem. I had to fight with the general manager over not paying another deductible for the same issue; not to mention the deductible should have been waived by them, for their shoddy workmanship on leaving the bottom membrane unfastened. We get it back to the campground and it's set at the coolest setting and still not in temperature for our food to not spoil. We called dometic, the people who manufactured the refrigerator because at the coldest setting this refrigerator shouldn't be this hot. Hubby speaks with the GM who again reminds us we didn't pay the deductible- (Did that $100.00 take food off their kids table? Seriously! ) Says he will take another look at it but there's no guarantee that they can fix the problem. I'm not sure what to do at this point. We are three states away from home so each time it's in the shop we have to obtain temporary housing. So this is a major disruption in our lives! read more

We have a 2018 Thor Palazzo 33.2. I try to maintane the coach and make repairs when. However, there are repairs that are best left to the professionals. We needed the floor in the main storage bay replaced as well as the super slide topper. In addition we needed the super slide adjusted higher, it was resting on the floor when retracted. This was the first time we went to Johnnie Walker RV for repairs. This will be our go to shop in the future. Our Service was Cole Nanney. This guy was nothing but a home run. He communicated how they were going to resolve the issues and provided an accurate estimate. During the repair process we received several calls from Cole updating us on their progress and inquired if we have any additional questions. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, when we arrived to pick the coach up he did a walk thru discussing each repair made to insure it was complete and we were satisfied. We were looking into a rental which happened to be next-door to this location of JW RV We thought we would just walk in and see what these things go for and what brand new ones look like... And we were fortunate enough to meet with our salesman Mark... Of course when you walk in on a hot day to a place that is trying to sell you an expensive item... You feel welcomed however, this place was different compared to the other three or four big places in town that we visited. We felt welcomed here at Johnnie Walker Beyond the time we walked through the door with them knowing we really had no inclination to buy new... They were excited enough to let us see their products on the lot... And we asked many questions... The whole vibe here is very laid-back but everybody is very knowledgeable and passionate about the business and the products they sell... Most of the staff have been here for decades... And the reviews on all platforms are 4 1/2 star and above...with great reason There are a lot of great perks in being a part of the JW RV family...you'll have to find out for yourself ... The buying experience was one of them... All of the interaction thus far has been great... We got a full tutorial on how to use every aspect of the trailer and they let you camp on their lot with full amenities so you can really use your vehicle and any questions you have beyond your test run will be answered... Our salesman is currently on a vacation yet still answered his email on a late Sunday night when I inquired about some unimportant questions... They have some affiliations with other campsites that you can use once you are part of the family... Their parts prices on supplies you will need for your trailer/vehicle are pretty competitive as well... If you are in the market for a travel trailer or RV... Save yourself the time driving around to the other places that will only disappoint you and put a bad taste in your mouth on this pretty major purchase which may not always get used the way it should... The service I received in my XLR toy hauler was HORRIBLE. I did not purchase this unit from JW but wanted to give local business my money since I love this town of Las Vegas and the surrounding valley. I had great expectations and after reading reviews had no doubt I would be in good hands. Unfortunately, their service team was the worst service experience I have ever encountered and would suggest you get your RV serviced somewhere else. I will let the pictures speak for themselves but I'm short, my RV was in for regular slide maintenance and ended up needing motors. I approved the repair and $1,700 since I wanted it done professionally and I had too much going on at the time to do it myself. When I went to pick up my trailer it was in terrible shape. Wood panels on slide were falling off or off, not aligned when reinstalled and had to be redone. I had them look at slide and since it needed new canvas I decided I would do it later. Well, I guess when they looked at my slide they adjusted it and it wasn't closing when I check it. I contacted the management for explanation and a break off my bill since I didn't get what I paid for and obviously they had poor expectations and craftsmanship. I was basically told they feel happy with what they did to correct issues and they will not give me any break on prices. So, I have to redo some repairs and I'm out $1,700 ! Mickey Mouse service! "Its internal " Transfer switch . So here we are 4 months into payments and warranty and we are unable to use it and they are saying it will be over a month for them to look at it . Traveling through a parking lot, a low hanging tree branch caused major damage to our truck camper; shredding the AC unit, roof rack and solar panel. No longer air/watertight, we were in panic mode as we did not want bad weather make our situation even worse. We took it to one shop for an estimate and they said that it would be a couple of days before it would be ready. In the meantime we could go to Home Depot and get a tarp or they could do a temporary fix and strap down the roof rack for us. We decided to call around and Cole from Johnny Walker Service said to bring the unit over right away. We made it over there and after a brief inspection they agreed to remove the damaged AC and replace it with a vent and also repair the roof rack for us. We left it at the shop and went to lunch. A couple of hours later we were back on the road. The rig is watertight and we're confident to get the AC installed at the dealer by our house. I can heartily recommend this shop to those looking for honest, quick and friendly service with a smile. The service crew at Johnnie Walker's, 4784 Boulder Hwy, were wonderful! We wanted to find a good tow system for our Class C RV and our Ford edge. With Ronnie's guidance he directed us to the Blue Ox tow system. Then Kirk assisted us in getting it ordered and ready to install. We traveled 4 hours from our home on the day it was ready, we arrived around 11 am, Kirk got us set up and turned the rest over to Derrick who showed us all the proper way to set it up and covered all the safety features and protocols.
