    We bought our new Alliance Delta RV at Johnnie Walker RV back in July and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our sales rep Steve Shipman was amazing to work with. No pressure tactics at all and highly informative. The buying process was easy and we feel we received a great deal all around. We highly recommend Steve and the team at Johnnie Walker RV.

    Just bought our new camper. What a great experience! Kevin was our sales representative and was very helpful. He walked us though the process and paperwork with a smile. The whole staff went above and beyond to get us into our new home away from home. This is our second camper going through Jonnie Walker and will definitely encourage anyone to go to them. There was no high pressure sales just friendly folks helping us make a great decision for our needs. We stayed overnight in their lot to go through everything which was incredibly helpful. The attention to small details you just don't find at other places makes the whole buying process a wonderful experience.

    I had been looking at Class A motor homes on and off for years, but nothing really caught my attention until a Georgetown was listed on a Facebook link at Johnnie Walker RV. I called and got CJ Klimer on the phone who said the RV was still available and asked if I wanted to come look at it. I was at the lot later that day and CJ had the a/c running and took me through the entire coach, patiently answering my questions and pointing out details I didn't even know to look at(being brand new to this whole lifestyle). Not wanting the unit to be sold, I put it on hold and asked if I could bring my spouse back a few days later and test drive it. We were back and CJ once again took his time and ran through the process with us. We decided it was the one and made a deal. What an amazing experience through the entire process! Although we were new to the whole experience, we felt like we were welcomed into the family, meeting team members from service, sales etc. On delivery day a service tech took me through a detailed step by step introduction to every system, button and cabinet to familiarize me with the RV. They would even let me camp overnight on the lot to ensure I was comfortable with the unit. I shopped in the parts department, bought some new things and was off! We have been out a few weekends now and absolutely love it! I can't say enough about how amazing the entire experience has been and I would HIGHLY recommend CJ and the entire team at Johnnie Walker RV!! Thank you Fam!

    The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although I'm still waiting on resolution of an issue with a defective component of my new Retro 135 trailer, I'm confident we'll get that sorted. Roland was especially helpful. Johnnie Walker's made sure that my truck was properly outfitted for towing and gave me a personal instruction session on operation and maintenance.

    We bought our toyhauler from Johnie Walker about 2 years ago. It had some items to be fixed from the factory. The gang at Johnie Walker went above and beyond every time they had our trailer. The staff worked seamlessly with the manufacturer. These guys went so far to reengineer a problem with our slide out. Living in Vegas my whole life it is refreshing to see a mom and pop company with morals. Thanks again and they have a customer for life.

    This is a fluke temperature probe my husband placed on the refrigerator that tells us the temp.

    Rented a RV 21 months ago B-WAC-2253177. The trip an RV was a disaster, but I never wrote a review…read moreabout it because Road Bear was going to do the right thing and give us a redo trip. Just called today to set up our trip and how lucky for me they "updated" there system and any old reservation from 2023 and back are no longer in the system. The trip started fine until we reached the RV park at 12am. No water hoses, sewage lines or TV cable for full hook ups, NOTHING. Next the slide pop out had trouble opening. Next the fridge stopped working and a strong smell of ammonia was coming from it, next the CO2 alarm started going off and never shut off. The alarm was so loud (and rightfully) so the RV park made us leave. We then had to rent a hotel for the duration of our trip. The 1800 roadside service number I called had me on hold for over a hour with finally no one to service us. This all sounds like the worst experience right? Yes, but I was told my account would be noted and a redo trip was appropriate. I didn't want my money back. I wanted exactly what they said they would do. Family trips are not easy and not something we can do every year, but 21 months later and a baby later we decided to have another go at RV'ing. I've rented before from Road Bear and every time we had a issue they solved it, but now with "The new system" I'm screwed? So when you rent from them babysit and double check their work, make sure everything is working and all equipment is ready and if you have any issues just know they will fight you now tooth and nail on their screw up thanks to the "new system". I was told by someone I was clearly bothering that an upper management person would reach out to tell me in a higher paid voice I'm SOL.

CJ made such a great first impression by actually treating us with respect and making us feel welcome after I started the conversation by letting him know I was a Newby and just wanted an education on travel trailers. CJ took us out on the lot and answered all our questions and suggested things to guide us in the right direction. When my wife and I got home after visiting other RV dealers and after giving it some thought we decided that we would go with Johnny Walker RV. We never expected that not only CJ would make us feel like family but all the other staff members did as well. Huge thank you to all at Johnny Walker RV for making our purchase a wonderful experience.

From the looks of the traffic not all 25 were engaged in transactions that communication could not have been shared between sales people or sales managers. Very disappointed. Excuse went on that I should have paid 1K holding fee while I was checking these purchase details. Seemed to be an example of when a company makes money regardless of good service just from being around for a long time. Since I have found there is great competition especially if a short drive to surrounding states is in your ability. Good luck and good RVng.
