Had hoses made for my motorhome, wife picked them up, I didn't try to install them until 2 month later after my new radiator had been built, hoses had ends put on the wrong hoses and the hose itself was completely wrong , they had my original hoses to make the new ones and they were not even close, took them back and they wouldn't help all, said I had to pay another 650 dollar on top of the 410 that i Pais already, they just pointed at the all sales are final sign on the wall, I understand that if you just wanted to return something but I just wanted there mistake fixed and both places refused to help all hose north and south, and I called up the all hose north and talked to Kevin and he told me to come up there and then still wouldn't help, totally bad business read more

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a hose shop (maybe a ho's shop...but def not a hose shop), but 2022 is delivering surprises right and left, so this is fitting. All Hose is clean, organized, and has EVERYTHING you could ever possibly need in the world of hoses. What I really liked is that it's not like walking into Ace Hardware or any ole hose shop, because all the products are behind the counter. This sounds like it might be inconvenient but it's actually amazing because the people who work there are incredibly knowledgeable. I almost bought the wrong parts but when I explained what was going on, they helped me understand exactly what I needed and saved me money in the long run. The manager - I think her name was Stephanie? - was super helpful too. She chatted me up while their team was working on my order and it was an absolute delight. These guys went above and beyond helping me with what to them was probably a minor issue but saved me a ton of time. I inherited an old air compressor and wanted to replace the hose with a new one, so I bought one at Harbor Freight. At the same time, I wanted to extend my other compressor hose using quick connects so it didn't have to be connected all the time. I could not get the pieces to do what I wanted so I went to All Hose. When I arrived, one of the guys carried the old compressor in so this old guy didn't have to. Then Daniel figured out how to connect everything together even utilizing the bag of parts I brought with me and the Harbor Freight hose. He also identified the damaged threads on the extension hose I wanted to use and fixed it. At $35, this was a small sale for them but a huge win for me in getting both compressors more useful for me. To save time I had All Hose repair my blown AC hose even though it cost more than the new part. It's hot and I wanted Air Conditioning in my old pickup. The hose was ready same day but they didn't have O rings so I got them at AutoZone and installed it the next morning. Vacuumed the system and used my stash of 134A, I started with about half a bottle, and charged it up. Next morning no air, oil all over the engine compartment so I added a small charge, took a video of the leaky fitting and took the hose back for repair. All together they tried four times to fix the leak but I think they just recrimped the fitting and handed it back. I finally, after about ten days of frustration and many pounds of wasted 134A ordered a new hose assembly from Parts Geek, it took two days to deliver. Including shipping it was 20% cheaper than All hose's bogus repair. No offer of refund. Not one apology. I wondered what happened to the company I had been using for so many years. I have never witness grown men with such bad attitudes and poor customer service in my whole entire 50 some years of life. I walk into the store they do not greet you. Instead, they stare at you with a mad mean look are not look at you at all, and yell out next. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. I ordered a part and later changed the size which was my doing however, when I came back, they did not refund me the difference in price instead they up charge me. Until I called them on It. When you're paying top dollar for service it should be services with a smile. Instead, I was treated with unprofessional with a poor Lack of understanding servicemen who did not understand completely what I needed to have done because he was barely listening and didn't care to do the job right. no one treats you with professional attitude, especially the ironworker fabricator really should not deal with customers. He has a limited vocabulary and a bad attitude. I do not recommend this location they should get zero stars and training on how to deal with customers from all walks of life. read more

This place f*@^%!$ sucks. No line to wait in, no 'Hi i'll be with you after this customer'. So you Stand about waiting forever and then other people come in and they get helped before you. So I walked out, not waiting even longer for the same thing to happen. Trash customer service. And of course people are parasites and don't care if you haven't been helped and ask hey were you waiting or hey He was here first. Nope. When I called they weren't polite either and the prices they were throwing around are a joke as well. This is why I stick to buying online. Needed a hose 4" hose for my dirtbike's fuel line and they wanted $16 for it. That was a hell no, also looking to get a Banjo bolt for a quad but couldn't get any help with that because they obviously don't give a shit about their customers. Got the hose for free at Autozone. Went here for some stainless steel braided brake lines and gave the guy my order. Apparently to them a 10mmx1.0 female fitting with a double flare is a 10mmx1.0 male fitting with a bubble flare. Didn't notice the incompetency and went back in to get it fixed and the store is closed on a Saturday for the holiday but never advertised it so now I'm on a time crunch to get to the north store. Unreliable, incompetent, and you pay top dollar for this crap. Make sure you have plenty of time when dealing with this location so you have time to go to the north store to get anything fixed.
