I wanted to leave a review about my experience at this Autozone from a couple days ago…read more What led me to this Autozone was that I had a battery installed by AAA, and the guy was so nice, but he accidentally dropped one of the screws that helps to hold down the battery. He tried with a magnet, but couldn't find it, and advised me to go to Autozone and get a screw. I went to this Autozone, and Patrick helped me. It was busy when I walked in, but he was efficient and gracious and kind when I mentioned it, saying it had just gotten busy. He then went to look at my car/battery, and somehow almost immediately found the screw, put it back in for me, and wished me a nice day and to come back if I needed anything else. I told him I would definitely be back if I needed anything. The thing that stood out to me is that he was capable, kind, personable, genuine, and respectful. When someone helps you efficiently and capably and also has those characteristics, it really does earn repeat business. It also is a great way to treat another human being. That's why I thought this was worth a review. I recommend this Autozone location because of him. Thanks for your help Patrick!

They definitely got you. It's nice to know you can run in there and grab just about anything you need for your vehicle. My girlfriend needed a new battery for her key fob on her Volkswagen. So I jumped in there to buy some seafoam, and get her battery changed. S will actually change the battery for you, and this O'Reilly's is no exception. The lady at the front grounder was fun, talkative, and made the experience much more pleasant. Much like going to Starbucks, any auto parts store across the Nation is the same. It's the people behind the counter that make it. This particular visit was really great, and made it a lot more fun than it probably should have been.
