Wanted to take the time to recognize Melissa Kerman at service. My girlfriend needed to get an aftermarket bumper on her truck (2023 Gladiator) installed; she managed to take off the original but couldn't put the new one on since it was too heavy for her to do herself; I brought it to my personal mechanic He did the work and changed out fluids per my request however he mentioned that the oil housing/cooler was leaking. He was going to replace it for a small fee but her truck still had a balance of 11k miles left on powetrain. We brought it here; in case they didn't find anything wrong the diagnostic was going to cost around $300; sure enough Melissa and her team found -axel leak -valve cover leak -oil cooler leak I was FLOORED; my girlfriend heavily relies on her truck for work; if she never gave it to me to get it fixed, she would have been without warranty and still needing the repair! Melissa is nothing short of an Angel and we need more people like her in the car buying industry in general; I worked for CarMax so I am familiar with business practices. I decided to throw in an alignment and wheel balance and rotate just to add services to the bill even though she made sure to get me an uber and a rental when the repair was holding out on the valve gasket. When my girlfriend got the truck back she said that she drives even better than when she first got it! Recommendation; get a MOPAR (Granger/Ziegler ) certified warranty on your Jeep Chrysler vehicle; it's got a reputation for repairs; also bring your vehicle to Chapman Jeep and say hey to Melissa. It has been several years since I had taken my jeep to the dealership, choosing instead to go to another shop that was just more convenient and closer to my house. What a difference this made! First of all, I pulled right into the service station. They got me an immediately printed me out a quote based on what my check engine light was showing within minutes. I worked with Melissa, she was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and outgoing and super fast. She even set up an Uber ride for free to get me home. Communication was on point, I knew exactly what work needed to be done and could approve it online, and the work list done exactly when she said it would be. This would have been my third vehicle purchase from your dealership, and I was promised that I would receive a good deal because I have been such a loyal customer. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received. Sal, the manager, seemed more focused on sitting in the office , than checking on us or showing any concern for our business. What was at first a great experience - quickly turned into the biggest scam I've had to go through. Do everything you can to avoid this "authorized dealership" service department. I have everything in text proof, and will be following up with the BBB and Nevada DMV of business practice. Here's the short story. I came in for an alignment after I had a stabilizer bar installed. The dealership said they had to remove and re install my bar because it was installed wrong, They told me they'd take picture and video evidence if the before and after so I could prove to who had originally installed it- They did not align my tires, and charged me almost $700 to reinstall the stabilizer bar. Okay this is day 1. They did not take any photos or video like the said they would, and that was it. I enjoyed the service and felt like they didn't do me dirty. I start to make plans to get new tires and rims (installed at the dealership) I get it done. Robb attempted to keep all of my stock items, even told me they had trashed perfectly good rims and tires. I told him that was impossible and somehow miraculously the next day they found them, at the bottom of the trash pile is what I was told. I went to pick them up and their freshly washed cleaned (and had a similar picture of the same wall they have at the dealership), my rims and tires were on offer up, LOL. Anyway, they installed the new tires and rims, I had paid for them to align my tires. They did not align my tires. They also installed a sound diffuser backwards (and promised to fix it, didn't fix it and still charged me) I began having the death wobble again, and the dealership wanted $4000 to fix the problem they caused (after installing larger tires and not balancing) They started giving me a lot of different excuses, changed the price on me several times, so I took it to another shop. The other 2 mechanics could not believe the state of the stabilizer and rims. Chapman sent off of their lot with every tie rod, bolt, and sway connecter HAND LOOSE. They wanted to cause a serious accident so I had to spend way more in repairs. The other mechanics were able to ACTUALLY fix my issue for less then 200 and in less than an hour. They noted everything in their report. Believe me this is far from over. Do not take your vehicle here. I was planning on buying a new jeep there next year, now I never want to step near this dealership. I have everything documented and soon will add pictures. The best part? The manager has REFUSED to have a conversation with Me. read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT lease a car here... but first The definition of "customer service" from the Oxford dictionary: The assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. Three years ago I leased a vehicle here. At the end of my lease I called and talked to Hobbs in the finance dept. Once we had gone over and exhausted all buy out options over the phone I then made my intentions known that I would be turning in the car since my obligation had been fulfilled. At that point Hobbs did not return a single call from his cell where I left messages and no one else from there called me back when I left messages. Roughly 5 1/2 hours later I got a text saying they "could not" take my car in unless I traded it in or buy it out...aka: We are not helping you unless you buy something. So long story short, things went south from there and all forms of customer service disappeared completely (see definition above). I also gave them 1 full week to reach out before submitting this review to see if maybe Hobbs or anyone there would follow up and see if I was able to get my car turned in somewhere..but nothing at all so there you have it. read more

Also traded in a jeep and said they couldn't go higher on the trade in price because they need to change a lot of things on it. Met the new owner and they sold it as is. My parents bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe here. Recently, the accessory battery failed. I had it towed and the battery was replaced. Less than three months later, the new battery also failed. I live in a different area so I took it to my local dealer. It turned out that Chapman had installed a tracking device in the car without telling my parents and the device was now malfunctioning and damaging the accessory battery. I had to pay out of pocket $855 to get this device e removed. I've contacted them multiple times to seek reimbursement. I get promises someone will call back, but no one ever does. Hard pass. GM Alex Sobalvarro just called me about this review. He was rude, condescending, constantly talked over my wife and me, and lied to us. He won't reimburse the $855 I had to pay because he says I should have brought it to him. The vehicle couldn't be driven and I was 200+ miles away. Without even speaking to my local Chrysler dealer that did the repair, he claims the repair wasn't done properly Plenty of better places to get a car or get yours serviced. Stay away. read more
