Had my sights on an RV and was in the process of figuring out financing, insurance etc. Ready to purchase and they sold it out from under us. Excuse was they have 25 agents selling. From the looks of the traffic not all 25 were engaged in transactions that communication could not have been shared between sales people or sales managers. Very disappointed. Excuse went on that I should have paid 1K holding fee while I was checking these purchase details. Seemed to be an example of when a company makes money regardless of good service just from being around for a long time. Since I have found there is great competition especially if a short drive to surrounding states is in your ability. Good luck and good RVng. read more

Fantastic experience! My wife and I have been RV'ing for over 15 years. We live in Northern CA but drove to Las Vegas because JW had exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Our phone conversations with Tommy, our sales rep showed us that they were customer service oriented and very knowledgable. Both of those two things are very rare in this industry. And boy, it was worth the drive!!! Tommy set aside a space with hookups at their shop. We "pressure tested" our new RV, and had a list of repairs which were fixed the next day! Pro tip- if you buy a new RV, you WILL have warrantee issues; they come from the factory with issues, always. The mark of a good dealership is how they deal with them. We left with one item that could not be fixed on-the-spot. We considered having that issue resolved locally but, we had such a great experience with Johnnie Walker that we decided to make a road trip back to get that item resolved as well. Stewart answered all of my wife's questions and she was so impressed with his kindness and willingness to listen and he knew what he was talking about! Add from this business gouged my insurance $24,000. Fixed my RV and then told me it was my fault that the slides didn't operate properly. Do not bring your trailers here. We had a second repair and believe me we thought this was the one staple marks and gouges in the ceiling From his team. Screw screwing up our RV. It's fine. We will never go back. I have umpteen pictures of the staple marks, misplaced screws, crooked siding, glue marks on my stairs and the marks in my ceilings from your repairmen and their sub par job! I'm shocked beyond belief that a company of your reputation has the ordacity to ask ME the customer to call Ed/the butcher at all. We communicated with him at length for at least seven months. When we finally received the trailer we were blamed and he didn't even have the courtesy to return a text. As you will see above this video is what we sent him immediately. But by all means, please check into my claims Your company received over $30,000 from my insurance company. And we brought it back to you twice because we trusted you. I had been looking at Class A motor homes on and off for years, but nothing really caught my attention until a Georgetown was listed on a Facebook link at Johnnie Walker RV. I called and got CJ Klimer on the phone who said the RV was still available and asked if I wanted to come look at it. I was at the lot later that day and CJ had the a/c running and took me through the entire coach, patiently answering my questions and pointing out details I didn't even know to look at(being brand new to this whole lifestyle). Not wanting the unit to be sold, I put it on hold and asked if I could bring my spouse back a few days later and test drive it. We were back and CJ once again took his time and ran through the process with us. We decided it was the one and made a deal. What an amazing experience through the entire process! Although we were new to the whole experience, we felt like we were welcomed into the family, meeting team members from service, sales etc. On delivery day a service tech took me through a detailed step by step introduction to every system, button and cabinet to familiarize me with the RV.
