I've got the monthly membership and I have to say it's one of the best drive-through car wash experiences with the best results I've ever come across. Today as I was entering, the manager approached me and was concerned about my F250 and the adjustments they've made to their blowers. I hadn't been in in two weeks and he realize that by looking at my scan as the gate arm came up. He spoke to me momentarily about my mirrors being too wide because of the adjustments. I assured him it would be fine as it has been in the past, so he said he would watch me as I came through. He took photos, and we spoke about previous and future adjustments, which he was very welcoming to any concerns. I was assured that my membership was to be in tact if I promise to fold my mirrors in which was not an issue, and that concerns from other members would be addressed. I had my ladder bars on top of my cap which I took off because I lost two end caps. Not a big deal but once again, my input to have a secondary screen to catch personal property might be a welcome to another addition in the procedures. Miracles do happen on Christmas even though this is Christmas Eve. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, even though he told me, but I had the black F250 with a special rack in the back that he'll never forget. I had to try this new car wash in town and boy was I amazed!! The stuff (Carmen) there was super nice and got me to to buy their super special deal! $20 a month for three months for the premium wash... I couldn't believe my eyes my car look like it was repainted how much shine it had on it after I got out of the wash... and the vacuums are super strong it will suck up anything!!! read more

I recently went to Johnny Clean Car Wash, and while inexpensive for their services, the quality of the wash was lacking. There were several spots that were still dirty and my alloy wheels still had brake dust on them. Also, the machine roller RPMs must be dialed too high because it ripped off the rear windshield wiper. Upon pointing this out to a staff member named Dominic, I was given a handwritten note saying that I would be reimbursed for the cost of repair. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for the repair, I found out that when my wiper was ripped off the back of my truck, the wiper motor was also damaged and needed to be replaced. Almost $800 in parts & labor later, I call John, the owner, to follow up on the reimbursement, he tells me they will not pay for the repair, despite having a handwritten note saying they would. I then call a regional manager by the name of Brett and explain the series of events. Though he was somewhat understanding, he tries to argue about the high cost of repair. He says he will call me back in an hour, but it is now 3 hours after that call and still no word from him. Update: I receive a call the next morning, most likely due to my review on social media, and considering my vehicle's age, that a one time $200 cash payment is the best offer they can do. While it is still not a full reimbursement as previously agreed upon, if your vehicle is damaged, expect this kind of treatment from them. read more

This is the most poorly run facility I have ever dealt with. The rollers the push your car through the wash will ruin your rims. They do not return phone calls or emails. The only thing they are good at is taking money. read more

I've been a loyal customer and lately the customer service sucks! I was charged $37.44 at 5:43am, I get to the car wash at 7:30am... And I couldn't get my car washed because they said it was a problem with my payment. I showed my bank withdraws and they still didn't honor anything! I'm highly disappointed. I will never go back to Johnny's clean car wash again. On Christmas eve I went to get my car washed at about 12:30 and the line was quite long. They were frantic to get cars in and on the track. The huge truck in front of me was asking them questions about his large tires, etc. They waved him in and as he entered, they waved me in right after him, so I was very close to his rear end. He was entering the car wash but I was behind him and had not entered yet, when suddenly his huge truck backed into my car and his hitch hit the grill of my Honda Accord. No warning lights went off and the guys from the car wash, who were standing right there said, go ahead, there is no damage to your car. Well there definitely was but because it was Christmas Eve and I had to rush home to cook, I didn't take a really close look. The driver of the truck drove off. Before he did he approached me and said he didn't do anything and it was the fault of Johnny's. On Christmas day I realized the damage, which were the indentations caused by the truck hitch. I took it back to Johnny's the day after Christmas and they told me it was not their fault and their cameras showed the guy in the truck backing into me and there was nothing they would do. They gave me the guys license plate number. If I put a claim in to my insurance my rate would go up. They said I could do a police report on line but it would show up on Carfax. The only good thing they did was send me to Affordable Auto Repair. Affordable ordered the new grill for me and installed it at a reasonable price. Johnny's car wash is only concerned with selling you a membership fee and getting as many cars through the wash as possible. If you value you your automobile, do not take it there. The automatic wash beats up your car and if there is damage done, they won't take responsibility. Cheaper and safer to wash your car yourself or go to a detailer. read more

I'm giving a four-star because the car wash wasn't the best I've ever been too but the customer service was. A guy named Oscar works here and he's one of the nicest people I've met in a very long time, I came here because I wanted to try it out and he took care of me and definitely made me feel comfortable. Last month I enrolled in their unlimited membership and was informed that I could add up to 3 additional vehicles for an additional $10/month which I though was great. 1 month later I get charged $19.99 as promised however my 2 additional vehicles were charged $30.00!each. Upon calling Johnny clean I was told the "salesperson " was not trained properly. And there was nothing that could be done to rectify this. Therefore I cancelled my membership and additional vehicles. I will go somewhere else. Very shady behavior read more

No one ever said bad things to any woman, we only talked to a manager and we apologized to the customer who was in front if she wants to look for the cameras, if the staff does not know how to work, the solution is not to cancel the clients, the managers are there to give a solution, no to vote for customers read more

your attendant said i "was in a mood" after telling him i was in a rental and did not prefer to become a member. he continue to push the membership. after explaining i do not live in the area and was on a lunch break, he continued to push the membership. i do not appreciate my hard eared money and time being squandered on you facility only to be insulted. i hope for some effort and training from management so that your employees do "not" call someone "in a mood" when you are just trying to wash a rental car. i may not live in the area, but rest assured that i work and have a nice audience for my grievances here in west palm beach. all would have gone smoothly but for the comments spoken to me from your employee. he was a slender built young man, glasses and light brown hair. read more

Second time going and last , the customer service i experience is terrible , The guy guiding you has no patience and rolled his eyes at me. Definitely need a better worker. My husband went to get my car washed in November, he has severe COPD and doesn't hear very well. He told them he wanted the 12.00 car wash, my car didn't get clean, the inside wasn't cleaned, which was what I really wanted done. And I was charged 21.99. I did not realize that they had enrolled us in a monthly wash program, until I was notified by text yesterday that they had charged me $37.44, and then when I looked back they had charged me 3 other additional times 2199 for a $12.00 card wash. I tried to call, no one would talk to me, then on the website it said you had to go in person to cancel. So I drove 35 minutes one way, to be told by the young lady that the general manager was to busy and couldn't talk to me, and that he would call me before 4:00PM, then drove home, another 35 minutes one way, and I have still not received a call from anyone. I have called my credit card company to look into this, as this is definitely fraud. Would definitely not recommend this place to do business with. And my husband said he definitely did not sign up for any monthly car wash. For an unclean car this ended up being a very costly one time car wash. read more
