My realtor said they were great however, they didn't show up and completely ghosted us. It was so stressful, inconvenient and expensive, as we were moving from 800 miles away, and having to arrange it all over the phone. We had new floors being put in and had to pay extra money for the flooring contractor to come on two separate days to rip out the floors, wait for odor treatment, and then put new floors in. We delayed moving into our new house by several days which cost us additional nights in an Airbnb. We had all of our possessions waiting for us in UBox storage, and had we been able to move in on Monday, rather than waiting until Friday for service that was never performed, we would not have incurred an additional month's rent for storage. Overall, they cost us somewhere between $1200 and $1400 due to delay, and never performed the service.

I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. We were looking for someone to pull up floor from the spare bedroom and use the pieces to patch the remaining parts that were damaged due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add. He also fixed a linen cabinet that had been removed due to the water damage. He was meticulous and thorough in cutting and replacing the baseboards as well. We cannot recommend him highly enough. I was in a serious time crunch trying to find someone to handle my ordeal because the house was being listed in just a few days. This any wasted 2 valuable days of my time stringy me along, just to pull out all together. It was very frustrating and really unprofessional.
