At first I only wanted Johnny to do my hair, but our schedules weren't lining up. So I chose Ana. She is very detailed and she fixed it!! I couldn't have been happier! If I went to her to begin with to fix it I would have saved a grand. But here is the more impressive part. We are in a pandemic. I've been stuck at home for 30 days not face timing because my roots were so bad. I was due to go in when this started. So you know what they did? They sold me a tint kit to do at home and Ana face timed with me. I was stressed and overly concerned I was messing up and she just kept with me. Now I have pretty hair in a pandemic. My stylist / hairdresser Sadaf is great! She's the first person to cut my hair that got it exactly "right" (as in I explained what I wanted and she knew what I meant and did it perfectly). My hair's also really really puffy and I haven't found anything that works to smooth it out, she recommended a great treatment that (again) is the first time something like that has worked. Prices are very reasonable and everyone who works there is very friendly. Overall, I love coming here and have recommended it to several friends read more

I got full highlights and a blow out. Sheila was amazing, besides her being so sweet and nice she explained exactly what she was doing, she'd let me know when she was going to touch my hair, dye it, wash it and blow dry it. In the beginning of the appointment she offered a drink and asked a few times if I needed a refill. She's on top of everything and the massages she gives (AMAZING!!!) we were talking and as soon as she started the head massage I literally couldn't get a word out and I just relaxed! I'm new to this salon and had highlights and tint done by Dayne Wilson. I have extensions so I would say that my hair takes extra attention and care because of that. The service was great, nice conversation, and I could tell that she knew what she was doing every step of the way. I have never been happier with my hair color and style result and I constantly get compliments on it. I will continue to come back to Dayne and will always recommend her to others. Johnny helped me get right in to see Tamara (great for blondes) and Christopher (who cut my hair) and Henry (who did my blow out). My first visit I did want a bit of an extra boost of blonde so they booked me first thing next morning to touch it up. I left loving my hair more than any other time I've left a salon. Tamara did a beautiful job, They helped me understand what I wanted was a process and their goal is to retain the health of the hair above all else, which is very rare. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's almost laughable. I called to let them know I would be 10-15 minutes late. They told me they could not help me anymore and I would be charged the no show fee. They then spent the next 15 minutes attempting to charge my card multiple times. The total attempted charges were around $600. What I'm more curious about is, if you had all that time to try to charge my card then why didn't you have 10 minutes to wait for me to come in? Ahhhhmazing. I decided to be a crazy person and go get my hair chopped into a pixie by a person I've never met. Surely that's as disastrous as eating raw fish at a steakhouse or putting your kid in a daycare without a keypad. I booked my appointment with Amanda who was almost the most expensive but when you're chopping seven pounds of hair, you want the best, right? She did not let me down. I went to the salon for a root tint - I took extra time to tell the colorist that I had resistant grays & that my hair had red undertones that needed to be addressed so that my roots would not turn to an orange color. Two hours later in the salon: After tint #1, she rinsed my hair and said it needed to be re-tinted. Tint #2 was conducted with wet hair in the wash bowl. After I emerged I could immediately tell that she had missed gray roots and had turned most of my roots orange. No apology given, she just blamed my hair for the problem- I reiterated that I had told her in advance of potential issues. Still no apology & said she had another client waiting so could not repair the problem. Told me to make another appt & she will fix the issue. At the check out counter (yes I did pay to have my hair ruined!), I was told I could go to another salon to have the problem fixed or make another appt. What? Really? No apology from anyone here- what a difference a little kindness & empathy would have made. I made the follow-up appt but realized I need to cancel it because if they can't get it right after 2 tints, it will never be right.
