First I will address the employees. JP cleaned the gutters of my fairly large house, cleaned up all his debris including a large pile of clippings I had generated the previous day, and coiled the hoses I had left strung out in my back yard. He is a very hard working and conscientious employee. He came out a few days later and applied a moss treatment. However, that was the day of a torrential downpour and although he applied his chemicals correctly and the moss was dying, I called the company with a concern it may not have been as effective as it could have been given the treatment were applied on a sunny day. Note: I did not call with a complaint, just a question. Now here is the part where you will want to use this company: The very next day, JP was back with a helper named Armari and they completely re-treated my roof. Come to find out the chemicals do work in the rain, but the company has such a huge amount of integrity, they wanted to make me happy, which they did. I will use this company as many times as I can, at a minimum every year for gutters and every 5 for treatment. I highly recommend using this service. read more

Just another sad case of buyer beware! Their Estimator said it would take two days to do.. Their office manager scheduled two days for the work... They work on a BID basis not an hourly basis..so their crew did the work in 5 HOURS, not the two days quoted for $2150...so we were charged over $2000 for only a half day of work ,not two days...but we had to pay it, costing us over $400/HOUR! I would never have agreed to the cost if I thought it would be done for that cost for a 5 hour job.. they obviously don't want good return customers, despite the need on my house for their kind of work.. They got our money,but lost us! they are too rich for our blood, and our pocketbook! I think that is called being penny-wise and pound foolish! In this case it was me that foolishly trusted them,and paid the exorbitant cost... the two stars are for their young crew,and our clean roof...and the lack of three stars is for the owner,the estimator and the office manager... Our windows hadn't been washed in years!!! We have only been at our location 4 months and finally got around to getting the windows cleaned. Actually, we could see out of them just fine so I wasn't in any hurry, if only I had known! Johnny offered me a great price and so I agreed to have him come on out. In just a short 1/2 hour I realized how wrong I had been to not get this done sooner. My windows sparkle in the sunshine. My dance teacher and I were joking that now we would have to put stickers on the windows because we were afraid our little dancers might not see them. We live in Port Townsend and were putting our house up for sale. A photographer was scheduled for us in just a few days! It was December and we'd recently had rain & wind. We had Johnny Tsunami come out again this year and were so impressed with Josh and the new trainee he had with him. They exceeded our expectations! The company came out a year ago and our home looked brand new when they were done, so we rescheduled them again signing up for the maintenance plan and so glad we did! Our gutters and roof need cleaning and blown off every six months due to large amount of debris. This time we had our gutters clean inside and out, roof blown off and treated, windows outside cleaned and even though it didn't look like the house need it, we had it washed again. Every year we have Johnny Tsunami come out to our house and treat the roof for moss. They also clean the gutters. Our roof is moss free all year long and we never worry about clogged gutters. The servicemen are professional and prompt. They show up, examine the roof, give a price quote, clean the roof and gutters, and clean up any debris that might have fallen into the yard. I saw what a great job the Johnny Tsunami guy bid on my neighbors house, and decided to have them come to do an estimate on my house. The estimator was very nice and informative and I got what I thought was a very good estimate. My home is in Manchester Washington and I have lots of Ceder trees around the house. On the day of my appt 2 guys came out with in the time scheduled. They started right away and were very mind full of my 3 dogs and keeping the gates closed so they wouldn't get out.
