If number one they would've first gave me the option of the installation I probably would've done it but number two told me it was going to be longer than a few minutes and I could've called one of my friends or family members to help me. I hate that I have already spent my money here I would much rather spend it somewhere else and spent more on the battery if I had to just to have a halfway decent service. I will never be back here for any automotive purchase again! They told us they could, we get there and they take all our information down for the vehicle and tell us they can do it In a half hour we drop our fully loaded trailer and wait about an hour and then they come out to tell us they can't do it because it's been plugged already Even though we told them that from the very beginning so we then had to load up our trailer hook it back up and find somewhere else to patch a tire and wasted over an hour of our time while we are trying to travel back home. Every employee there didn't know anything about their own line of work I would not recommend this place for any auto care needs.
