The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!

I said, "A left wheel bearing? Are you sure?" They told me with certainty that it needed to be done. It was shot. I said I would call back. After hanging up I went thru my records and saw that they charged me $1,100 for a left wheel bearing and right control arm in Dec 2024. The only difference was that the car was under my name in Dec, and under my husbands name in Sept, so they didn't realize they had already done it and not that long ago. When I called back they sort of fumbled and said that it must have been a faulty wheel bearing and that it happens from time to time but that it was under warranty and to come back to have it done. So after a lot of coordinating to bring it back after getting the engine done somewhere else, we got it in this Tuesday only to get a call a few hours later that said, "Your left wheel bearing is fine. You don't need one." To which I said, "Then how were you so certain it needed to be done before?" They didn't have a clear answer. Without going more into detail, I don't trust this establishment and have since heard very similar experiences from others.

Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional and asked me to stop by so he could have a look. Instead, they reviewed photos and immediately denied responsibility, even suggesting the damage happened elsewhere--despite the fact that I have a membership at their location. This is not a professional way to handle a claim. After reviewing the images, a reasonable next step would have been to invite me to their office to examine the damage directly, but that did not happen. I provided screenshots from a video clearly showing scratches, yet they continue to deny responsibility without offering any in-person assessment. They are relying on video footage taken from far away, on a wet surface, which barely shows the scratches. Anyone with basic understanding would know that wet surfaces and distance obscure fine details like brush or scratch marks--these are only visible up close. I requested an address to bring my car in and show the damage in person, but they have not provided that either. At this point, the issue is not only the damage to my vehicle, but also how dismissively and irresponsibly my claim has been handled.

They informed us the part was on back order so a deposit was required to get said part ordered and it'll be a few months til they receive the part. We paid them in April or may 2023, hadn't heard anything by Sept so I called to get a estimate on how much longer since winter is now around the corner. Apparently they had a fire in JULY and STILL had not called us to inform us they are looking at 6-12 months before they can open again. We have called 5 times now for a refund of our money so we can order the part elsewhere since they never ordered it. We have not received a call back or our money back. On top of all of this, our car is at a different garage now to get looked over and the part isn't even needed! Our car checks out in pristine condition. Stay far, far away from these thieves.
