Always relieved to find a health conscious place with fresh fruits, veggies and general vegetarian/vegan options! The place is fun to stay and hang a bit by yourself or with some friends - there's a couch, play train set, chalkboard walls, and tons of books focused on improving health and quality of life. There's also healthy snack and tea options for purchase - my fav part is that you can make and take home your own PB without all the extra ish for only $4! My only critique is that plastic cups and straws are used. Especially at a forward thinking place like this I expect to see some environmental friendly practices. This place is a juice bar and smoothie paradise in Sumter and the surrounding area. There aren't too many juice bars around, so of course I had to try this place out. It does not disappoint. The number of options blew me away. The ingredients are fresh and uniquely blended, but you can even make your own. Really though, why would you- their choices are so tempting I wanted no less than 10 of them when I walked into the store. The store has an expansive space, and it offers a few tables for seating. You can purchase a few snacks and coconut water, a t shirt and some tasty raw treats. Really though, it's about the juices. They use agave nectar, almond milk, veg plant protein, and the usual mix of greens and fruits, like banana, spinach, apple, celery, ginger, mango, etc. They also have chia and flax, as well as hemp- yum! They have 4 sizes to choose from, which is great. The smoothies are a dollar less than juices for every size. The prices are awesome, so, I had to have a juice and a smoothie. The best healthy secret in Sumter, SC!! I was surprised this place even existed in such a small town. The prices are comparable to most juice/raw food restaurants. They have a salad bar and cooler with different salads and vegan food but they're mostly set up for juices and smoothies. Hopefully with time they'll expand and add a menu of raw food.
