Still good burgers, but maybe not good enough to warrant braving the crowded and noisy bar for a seat. The fries also changed recently and are overly salty now. After another unsuccessful attempt, I came back and she pointed to the other side, still not willing to go out of her way to take me to my table when there were three other staff at the front in addition to servers. She was equally rude as I was leaving chatting with her coworkers about the exchange, which was weird because she was incredibly unprofessional during the whole exchange. Yes, I heard every word you said, but did not respond to let you know I could hear your gossip session. Please consider you made a mistake. It's ok, but this reflects badly on not only you, but also the Texas Roadhouse company. You can be both nice and helpful when someone is merely asking where you decided to seat them.
