Absolute worst Johnny's by far places, a joke you tell them you want your pizza cook one way they do it the opposite. I don't know if it's on purpose or someone's an idiot. It can't read a ticket but it's sad when I have to go home and cook my pizza. read more

I would give one star if I could. Called at 5:30 to come in at 6 and wait almost 15 more minutes! Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal but I just got off of work and I come in to see a smaller blonde girl working while two guys in the back expel profanity and joke and laugh on their phone. I WILL NOT be coming back. They should not give an eta if the food will not be done at that time. Also somebody needs to be here that's going to make sure the people in the restaurant are working and not playing. Also this is all I was waiting on below. The restaurant did not appear to be busy. Also the food isn't the highest quality for an hour. Update I was eating my dessert on the way home and felt like I was chewing on a rock. I didn't fully chew the piece obviously to discover a foreign object in the food. Worst experience ever. read more

Ordered pizza and breadsticks on a Saturday evening. The breadsticks were not cooked all the way. I should have checked but did not. When I called back m, the team asked if i could come back which I was unable. They did give me a refund, but we wanted breadsticks. Maybe make sure food items are fully cooked. read more

First things first, I love the taste of Johnny's Pizza. It was my favorite pizza in NW Louisiana. Notice that I said was. I have ordered my last pizza from there by delivery. Last Friday evening, I ordered 2 pizzas and a dessert pizza from the north Bossier Store and was told that the delivery would be approximately 2 hours. This order was placed at 5:45 pm. At 8:45pm, I called to cancel my order. I was hungry but will never order a delivery pizza from Johnny's again. Service is horrendous, if you even receive a pizza. Looks like I will just have to start making my own pizza or reheating a frozen one. I am just disgusted by the store. I called to complain and they didn't give a sh**. I don't know what's wrong with other people who left negative reviews. Johnny's is awesome! I grew up in Louisiana and now live in Kentucky. Whenever my wife and I visit family, we have to have one meal at Johnny's. The pizza here is unique--very different from other chains. The food here was great. I got an 8" pizza with ham, andouille and jalapeños. I recommend figuring out what you like and ordering it as opposed to getting the lunch buffet because your pizza will be fresher that way. This was the first time to visit this particular location. Not only was the food good, but the staff was friendly, the dining area was clean, and so were the bathrooms! I recommend not only Johnny's, but this location, too! read more

Not sure why this location even bothers to maintain a phone line as they so rarely answer calls. This is not a recent development, either. Quality of the pizza is hit and miss. Half the time my order is too charred to enjoy. Don't ever expect your order to be ready on time, either. A 15-20 minute delay is average. I'd hoped these issues would resolve as they used to have good pizza. Time to give up on this location. read more

The pizza was ok on the buffet, not much to it though as far as toppings. And it ends at 1:30pm, so get there quick. Every other buffet in the country closes at 2:00 at the earliest, but I guess these guys want you to eat fast and get the hell out! Being a native of Louisiana, it is obvious that I love Johnny's Pizza. Even so, this particular location deserves a wonderful review due to the great service and delicious food. My favorite thing to order here is a Johnny's ham and cheese Flip, with bacon added. The great customer service is why I will continue to visit this location for as long as it is open. Cathy, a sassy but sweet employee at this location goes above and beyond when it comes to my satisfaction and food excellence. While the party room has big windows to view the street, it isn't air conditioned very well. I recommend sitting in the main dining area where you can view the large screen TV's and have the classic Johnny's atmosphere. My number one favorite thing about this location is the extreme detail to cleanliness. The cracks in the booths are cleaned thouroghly, the salad bar is scrubbed and even the game machines are in perfect working order and regularly sanitized! Overall, there is not a thing I dislike about this location,it's employees,or it's food. I love it there! read more

In bossier/ Shreveport area for work. See a Johnny's pizza on every corner in every town I ventured into within 100 mile radius of area. Figure it must be pretty good. Eat lunch buffet at this location and boy was I wrong. Think of CiCis meets Pizza Hut. Terrible pizza, pasta was awful. Salad bar terrible. Some of worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Thinking of moving here and opening a real pizza place which are nonexistent in this area. Johnny's is garbage. read more

My husband and I went to Johnny's Airline Drive location on 4th of July. Was not busy at all. We had the noon buffet with water. The salad bar was fresh, well stocked and there was someone keeping it cleaned up from spills and drips. The pizza bar was also full, but the pizza was warm not hot the out-of-the-oven hot. There was a good variety of different pizza flavors. Dessert of the usual cinnamon pizza slices, and choc. chip cookies. The dough on the cinnamon pizza was not completely cooked. : ( The cookies... the best, but how can choc. chip cookies ever fail?? ok... Now here is the biggest down fall of all. The floor carpet. It was so very nasty. Pull the carpet out and paint the floor is better than the way it looks now. That is a big turn off for me. With spills on the floor, food dropped on the floor why in the world would carpet be necessary? I was disappointed in the visual appearance of the floors. That is why I have left a low remark in my review stars. Clean it up or I wont be back. Next time if the floors look bad, I am turning around and out the door I will go. Horrible management and staff! While visiting for a "family dinner", my 2 sister and I took our kids out for pizza. We paid for our orders separately. While 2 orders came out simultaneously, we patiently on our last order to be processed. Getting carried away in conversation, we realized my younger sister never got her pizzas. Go to ask what's the hold up, and the cashier starts asking " well what did you order?" "Your pizza was made already!" Basically getting antsy with us like it was our fault or that we were lying about not getting food. (Meanwhile there is only one other table in the restaurant that was getting ready to leave) so basically my sister and her 3 children sat and watched everyone eat. When we asked for a refund because the rest of the family was completely done eating we got more attitude from the manager who only gave her a partial refund! Then continued to yell obnoxiously at us as we left the restaurant. I believe it needs to be brought to the general managers attention. Ridiculous!! read more
