So my mother asked me to stop by there and get her a nacho and I was like i didnt know they had that let me see. So I go in look on the bar and didn't see it I asked the young black man did they have it he said no so I went back to the bar and asked the girl that was stocking it and she said here it is right here and you can't have it to go so my mom was on the phone and she said just ask the counter person to be sure so it was a young lady there and she told me yes I could and charge me for a salad and so I went ahead and got me a salad as well but she said just put my mother's nacho in the salad container. i get back to the bar and started fixing my salad and went for the chips so I can fix the nacho and all I hear is you can't do that what are you doing yelling from the other end of the bar and I told her I was doing what the lady told me and she said wait a minute and went to the maanger from earlier and he says 4x's across the restaurant I told her she couldn't do that I told her she couldn't do that but he never did he said they didn't have nachos bringing all the attention on me in the restaurant you would of thought I was robbing 804 how they addressed me! So she came back and said you need to go to the counter so he can give you your money and I said I don't see the big deal I'm getting chips and cheese for something that usually 5.00 but I'm willing to pay 9.25 for it and my mom is 63 she can only eat about 10.. So I fixed my mom a salad and got out of there! Its a way to handle every situation when dealing with customers and some people you should not leave in charge of your business! Good food friendly people great place to hang out

If there is one thing I miss about this one horse town with that paper mill smell it's Johnny's Pizza. I now live in the Bay Area and can not find pizza that tastes anything like this. I wish I could find a way to smuggle back their pepperoni pizzas. When I come back to visit, sure I miss my family, friends, etc.... BUT first things first, we have to stop at Johnny's... and I plan to visit here at least 3 times before leaving. There have been times that I would have sold my future unborn child just for a slice of pepperoni pizza from here. So, If you're ever in Northern La. and you want to taste the best pizza ever, just find any Johnny's. I'm pretty sure they're all just as good. read more

Johnny's has never been one to offer a lot of meat. But now they are ridiculous the sweep the swamp had one(1) little dried shrimp or crawfish couldn't distinguish. The crust is better. I'm sooooo sorry for this review. I wish it was better but I was born and raised in Monroe. I grew up lovin' Johnny's pizza. I even met the old man a few times before he passed away. Since moving to New Orleans in '06, it's been in my dreams to come home and eat here... now since moving away johnnys has franchises quite a bit and I have had the opportunity to try it here down south... but as of the last couple of years man ol man this place sucks!!! I beg my husband to do our cheat meals here while visiting; he doesn't bc he always thought it was sub par by comparison too other pizzerias but 2 weeks ago I was home and the dough and sauce are really what makes any pie and it's official I'm never eating at Johnny again. I had the worst stomach pain and I was left very disappointed. Now this is my first time here at this location. The service was great but it's not Reminisce of times passed. Coming to this city starving and no way to get out. Johnnys was a life saver. I order with the expectations to have something good. Something good was what I got. However upon calling the location of which I was at I was a little turned off by the new girl how happened to work the phones that night. She was rather I'll trained with proper phone etiquette. She was unenthusiastic in her delivery of knowing the product, she played around while on the phone when I inquired about the items I wanted. However outside of the ill trained employee the pizza was the business. Its not too pricey, the rates seem pretty decent. Overall I was very satisfied with the food it's self, certain staff id say Needed a little more training. read more

As a native of West Monroe now living in California, I wish we could build a Johnny's in California. I eat Johnny's every time I come home to West Monroe and it is consistently good. Agreed, Johnny's is tops when it comes to pizza chains. Zesty sauce and plenty of it (I prefer more sauce) and never too much cheese. And oh man, they do not skimp on the toppings. I usually get black olives, mushrooms, bellpeppers, and/or jalapenos, and the pizza will be completely covered in these (Compare Domino's, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, which tend to lightly dot their pizzas). Great for pickup or dine-in. Prices are good. Many sides available, including the muffaletta sandwich. read more

I ordered online for delivery. When my order arrived the pizza was still steaming hot! The website had the options for light sauce, cheese... half side ingredients and cooked extra. I like when I have the options to make it my way. Since this was my first time ordering I stayed with the default options. I had a medium pizza, it was cut into strips that I couldn't fold. The crust was delicious though. The sauce was good but a bit heavy handed for my liking. Toppings... pepperoni good, sausage tasty but crumbled and mushrooms canned. Delivery: I didn't get an email confirmation but the delivery person called when he left to confirm my order. The delivery man appeared with a smile and asked how my day was, kindness and attitude goes a long way when in the customer service business. We went here after reading the reviews. We went to one location which looked like it might not be in the best part of town so we went to another location. This location looked nice and was very clean with nice employees which greeted us when we walked in. From here it went down hill the cheese sticks were typical of what you can get everyday at any chain Pizza place. Then the pizza came out and it was just your basic pizza you could run thru Dominos and pick up for half the price. With the reviews we expected a lot more and after this first visit we will never go back.
