Zach the service manager told me the vehicle was in great shape, and would just need new brake pads in a few months. Here is the link to their inspection report: https://shop.tekmetric.com/inspection/W1ITrcRe8c1o1Zkx7uuIxQDwqrd76pPA2XVCsstIorw I was ecstatic, as I had walked away from 3 other used vehicles inspected by other mechanics that needed many thousands of dollars in repairs. The day after I brought the vehicle home, I noticed a slight hissing noise on cold start. After doing some research I determined my drivers side exhaust manifold was leaking. I thought it was odd Lee Myles missed that, so I brought it in to Christian Brothers Thornton to have it replaced. They proceeded to tell me not only did I have a leaking exhaust manifold, but I needed a new CV axle on the front drivers side, a new rack and pinion assembly, and my engine was knocking on the bottom and would need to be replaced. The total for doing all the work was around $15k. I was absolutely stunned, and figured that I would bring it to another mechanic to have a second opinion. I brought the truck to Accurate Automotive in Thornton, and they too came up with a quote for $12k to do all that work with an engine rebuild. I still had hope that maybe these mechanics were trying to work me over. Here's a link to their inspection report: https://shop.tekmetric.com/inspection/W1ITrcRe8c1o1Zkx7uuIxQDwqrd76pPA2XVCsstIorw I had my vehicle towed down to Courtesy Automotive down in Colorado Springs after some advice from friends who own trucks with LS engines like mine. After waiting two weeks in the queue, I got a quote for $14k to have my motor replaced, steering rack and pinion assembly fixed, and front right CV axle replaced. Here is the inspection report form Courtesy Automotive: https://shop.tekmetric.com/authorize/Iw3P2bNsxsNecj88jcezkO1r-nHS7khvhxJSVPASNOk Ultimately I am going to pay the $14k to have it fixed because I have a loan out on the truck for $9k. When I called Zach the service manager and asked the name of the mechanic who looked at my truck, he said he couldn't tell me and that it was his name on the inspection report. I paid $160 for the inspection and got no pictures of the oil leaks on my rear main seal, oil pan and transmission cooler. At best they are negligent, and at the worst they are getting kickbacks from the dealer I purchased the truck from to get clean inspection reports. My mistake was not getting my truck inspected by two seperate mechanics before I bought it to make sure they said the same things. If I had done that I would have saved $24k and had the chance to buy a vehicle that didn't literally bankrupt my family and cause a colossal amount of stress. I drove my Denali for three weeks before I realized I had been sold a lemon that could have literally killed my family had the steering assembly or CV axle failed while driving. Don't bring your vehicle here. These people are shady and if you have any sense about buying used vehicles please get it inspected by two mechanics (not here!) and make sure they say similar things. I might never financially recover from this but I'm hoping my review saves someone else the heartbreak and stress my family has had to go through because of their incompetence and corruption. Don't make the same mistake as me. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Lee Myles is a junkyard mechanic masquerading as a reputable shop.

To make it right they are contributing $350 towards the purchase of a roof rack from Honda that will fit the new-used CRV we purchased from them. Long story with Fisher Honda. Our son went to school in Boulder and before he left on a long road trip we took his 2008 Element in for service - it had an overheating problem and we wanted to make sure it was roadworthy for a long drive from CO to WA. $2200. The car was back at Fisher in a week - overheating. They told us that the radiator had a leak and coolant had leaked into the engine and destroyed the engine. Of course I asked how this could be possible when they had serviced it a week earlier, they toook no responsibility for NOT finding this leak. Long story short, we could get the car fixed for $8,000. That's another $8,000 - for a 2008 car. So, we changed course and decided to look at purchasing a new used vehicle off their lot. The entire time saying repeatedly, we need stuff off and out of the Element and we were assured our son would be able to get his stuff. So, we get to payment, get the ACH info, send it off on 5/29. From 5/29 - 6/8 they claim no funds have arrived. The funds actually had arrived, they just didn't notice. How do you not notice $30K coming into your accounts? Anyway, my kid picks up his car, asks to go through the Element for his stuff - which includes a roof rack - and he discovers the Element is no longer on the lot at all. Fisher did something with the Element before the sale was completed. And I have been calling the contact person we worked with - no answer. He is not calling me back. He is not returning my texts. His name is Ron. Fisher Honda has stolen our private property on and in that car. I do want to say the staff tried to helpful during the potential fixing and the purchasing of the new used car. But they stole off of and inside the Element and are not returning my calls.

Tyler and Jonathan made sure my lease-end process was painless and I walked away with another CR-V and total satisfaction. Their price beat many others and the process was so easy. 2023 Mercedes Sprinter AWD 170wb…read more In early 2023, we bought a stock Mercedes Sprinter cargo van and drove it out to Titan Vans in Boulder, Colorado for a camper van build. We chose almost every option that they offered in their Ultra 170 package. When we picked up our van from Titan three months later, we were so thrilled and highly impressed by the beauty of the build. I advised Matt North, the owner, that I was going to post a really nice review. However, I quickly realized that although it was a beautiful looking modern build, I really should have used it for a while before I wrote a user review. So here we are almost a year later having been on (2) two week on- and off-road trips in the western part of the U.S, a (1) one week trip, and quite a few short day or weekend trips to now see the odometer roll past 10,000 miles. We feel like we've gotten to know the van very well, so it's time to post a review. Although we were seasoned campers, we were new to overlanding and boondocking. Ah, but no longer. I should preface my review by stating that we looked at several custom van build companies, and I initially chose Titan initially because of their YouTube videos, as we are in California and they are in Colorado. However, my instincts told me that their builds were engineered very well, and they really focused on simplicity, efficiency, durability and quality. There are unlimited van companies nowadays, and the sky is the limit as to what you want to see your build look like, not to mention a lot of DIY opportunities for those who are so inclined. Not having DIY skills, we were in the market to have someone build our van. I liked the way they built the electrical system on one side of the van and the water system on the other side of the van but, I also liked how it appeared to provide easy access to the components. Before committing to a purchase, we did travel to Boulder and took a tour of the facility to see exactly what it was we were considering. We were glad we visited them and were sold on Titan at that point. Their people and operation are very impressive. This is our third van over many years, although it's our first Sprinter and "adventure style" van. Although we are experienced campers, we previously didn't have the vehicle to get us off of paved roads. For anyone who is considering a custom adventure van build for the first time, understand that it will take you time to learn your van and all of the nuances. As much information that Titan provided us (a walk-through, manuals, follow-up emails and phone calls, videos, etc), you can't remember or know everything and you do have to actually use the equipment to learn "how" to use it - and things turn out to be much easier than what might initially be somewhat intimidating. The equipment is fairly foolproof and user friendly, although it may not appear that way at first. Titan's designs are functional. Yes, check out Instagram and you'll see hundreds and hundreds of different styles, some simple and spartan and others reflecting a luxurious living room style. For us, we wanted efficiency, durability, functionality, comfort and style, but we didn't want to worry about off-road dust, dirt or the elements. We already have a fine living room in our house and didn't need another one. Are we glad we opted for a microwave, shower, Murphy bed, upgraded stereo system, 1,000 amp hours of battery, extended range 47 gallon fuel tank, air up/down compressor, upgraded suspension and tires, Webasto diesel heater, air conditioner, refrigerator and induction stove, roof rack, awning, mobile Starlink, and exterior lighting? Oh hell yes! And there's a whole lot more in our build. And the interior LED lighting is very well thought out and effective. The exterior lighting is very impressive- turns the dark night into daylight. One could easily live in a Titan van build if one was so inclined. Bottom line: this is a very versatile and mobile adventure van and can go where most larger RV rigs can't. Is van life for everyone? Maybe not, but if you like the idea of a micro vacation home that isn't limited by a concrete foundation, then maybe this is the path for you. We're glad we chose Titan Vans. They've proved to us that it's not just about selling a van build, but standing behind their product which happens to be a real quality van build. Matt and his team were great to work with - pre and post build. Excellent customer service. Special shout out to Matt, Ryan, Tyler M, Tyler G, Chandler, and the techs and fabricators who did a fantastic job.
