We took our car to Take 5 yesterday because Walmart said it'd be a hour and a half for an oil change and we just didn't have time for that. We also were curious about Take 5 since it opened so it was a great time to check them out. From the time we hit the parking lot to the time we left was 18.5 minutes, including all waiting and everything. Pretty speedy! From the time we entered the bay and they were done with the oil change, it was about 15 minutes and we didn't have to get out of the car. They work in a team of two, one person does check-in and prep work for the person doing the work on the car; the person who did that for us was Albert and he was very prompt, funny, and he explained things very well. The second person does the actual oil changed and while Albert explained things, he checked the fluid levels and refilled them; his name was Mio and fast, efficient, and professional. After they were done changing the oil, they safety checked it to make sure that it wasn't leaking and they also checked the transmission fluid and asked if the oil light needed to be set. They gave us a little sticker and from the date on the sticker, for three months after, you can get up to a 2 quart top off if needed. Overall, very happy with Take 5 and the service we received. We plan on going back next time we need an oil change. It was more than Walmart but we feel like the service and quality make it worth it. read more

Hello neighbors. I had the most amazing experience at Take 5 oil change on West Eisenhower in Loveland. Not my fist time at Take 5 mind you. With the poor, sad customer service we all experience everyday, with various companies and services, I can say these young gentleman exceeded my expectations today. I rolled up today in my car thinking I needed an oil change, it had been several months since my last service. I got the free bottle of water while I waited. I was guided into the bay within a few minutes of waiting. The manager, Vincent, conducted a history report on my car, again not my first time at Take 5, He discovered that my vehicle was driven only 500 miles the last 5 months and that the oil they used was rated for 6 months, and my oil was clean, and I really didn't really need an oil change at this time. He gave me the option to have an oil change done, or wait for a month or two to get it done. Yep, he gave me the option to postpone my oil change until next month saving me money and time today. While the usual oil Monkeys and Jiffy guys would have serviced my vehicle with no questions or concerns, these guys were honest and very helpful. I skipped the service for today and was relieved that I won't need to go back for another month. I was pleased with the friendly and professional staff. I also felt confident that they were not up-selling me because they did not recommend replacing my air filter or wiper blades after inspection. Cord was super-helpful, talked of various aspects of the process and what Take 5 does [e.g., the 'top-off' practice] ... offered items without pushing ... described what was happening, what was about to happen, and what had happened ... Monique knew her work, noting some things I shd be aware of ... The value comes from interaction and kindness ... prices are at higher end of the spectrum, but if it includes ... is *guided by* ... actual, individual-focused acts of service, then that's not just marketing and you'll enjoy the time. I love Take 5 Oil Change! I just completed my fourth visit this year. Each time, they have exceeded my expectations. There was one visit where there was a minor hiccup. But, managment is clearly on top of their game. The individuals who work at the Loveland location are freindly and enthusiastic. They consistantly give good, knowledgable advice on which products work best for your vehicle and make sure that you are comfortable and hydrated while you wait. I have had a range of experiences with other oil change outfits in the area. Notably, another Loveland oil change outfit neglected to replace the oil in my engine, which led to big problems. I do not anticipate that every happening at Take 5. I like that you sit in your car and watch as their team works on your vehicle. Their prices make sense and their customer service is unmatched. I've been using Take 5 at different locations for a few years and I have always been pleased with the service, however... This is the second time I've tried this location and both times they have put me in a lane and then another vehicle pulls up and they take them right in. This time they had me pull in started getting information from me and then they went to the truck that came after me and did his complete oil change and left me waiting. didn't say "we'll be right with you" or apologize for the delay. I have been sitting here for 20 minutes and still waiting. And of course you pop the hood when you pull in and you can't get out of the car. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or what the issue is, but I won't be back. read more

We travel a lot pulling our 5th wheel trailer. We've been using Take 5 for the last 4 oil changes in 4 different states. We keep coming back because the price is right and the service is always good. Our experience at the Loveland, CO store was the best by far. The young lady (didn't get her name) that greeted us was courteous and professional. She gave us water while we waited. We found our new oil change place! No question. Even with full bays on a Saturday, it didn't take long. Everyone who spoke with us was extremely courteous and friendly and professional. The clear lead guy/manager was directing his crew and making sure things were done well, but not being discourteous to them. They did their best to keep things moving smoothly, but didn't look like they were rushing through things. They handed us an ice cold water as soon as we pulled up. You get to stay in your car and see everything that's going on, which builds trust for me. They check the different typical fluids and filters and did not try to upsell us on anything! Showed us air filter and showed us that we didn't need anything else changed. They showed us the dip stick and that the oil was filled. They even washed the front window. I started taking my 2018 Compass here shortly after we moved to the area from Philadelphia. I knew it would be convenient, but what I didn't know was how amazing there customer service is, how nice every single one of their staff would be, and that you don't even have to get out of your car! They literally come out to greet you with water bottles, and gave my 4 y/o fruit snacks and a juice box. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me for a full refund. Which I really appreciate. While all being very professional and kind. Mistakes happen, I'm glad it happened to me because I was able to safely pull over with my hood up. All we can do is learn from it. First I was guided in by the worker (while I was already perfectly lined up) she continued to guide me too the left. Which later another worker even commented on. They then proceed to say they don't carry a specific oil that I've been having them fill for 3/4 times I've gone. These guys go above and beyond to provide great service at a very good price. While having my oil changed today my starter decided to die ( absolutely no fault of these guys) yet they worked to help me diagnose the problem and have someone come look at it and when I decided to repair it myself they were quick to offer tools and help me when needed. I have been here a couple times now and they have definitely earned my continued business. Employees are super nice and work as a team, oil changes are quick and still very thorough!
